The best rental I or my boyfriend has ever had and we've colllectively lived in at least 25. Very professional management and quick maintenance team gets things done fast! It's not the fanciest or biggest apartment but I really value good management the most. The grounds are beautiful and well kept, pool is clean, and there is a water fill station. About 5-6 nice gas grills in the courtyard and always one available. Neighbors are quiet and clean. Inner courtyard, where the apartment doors are, is gated. There are shade covers for the cars and never a shortage of spots. Located right across from

I don't live here but my boyfriend does and can I just say it's amazing. The grounds are so well taken care of and the pool so fun to go to. There are beautiful flowers potted everywhere and it's just so nice. I love that it's gated. Everyone I've met walking by is so friendly. I would say especially if you're looking to move somewhere in Mesa this would be the place to be. I live just down the street but my apartments are awful. This place is a good price and the inside of the apartments are really nice and even if you keep your AC at 78 it's still really cool and there's good ventilation. The

One of the best apartments i lived it. The community kept its upkeep and it was quiet even though its in the heart of downtown Mesa. The wifi had very few issues with and always ran well. The price was great for the location. As others were very high.

Amazing place to live for the past 3 years. Management was incredibly attentive and very kind! The grounds and facilities are consistently well kept and maintained. In fact the gym, exterior, and BBQ's were all tastefully upgraded during my stay. The maintenance team was great! Easy to communicate with and jobs were completed in 24 hours if not same day. This was a wonderful experience especially for my first ever apartment. Never had issues with neighbors and truly a friendly bunch. I think if you're responsible and don't create messes for others, Cimarron can handle the rest and then some. Thank

This review is about the application process only. I did not end up living here simply because they didn’t have something open as soon as I wanted and needed to get out of my current living situation as soon as possible. I read a lot of reviews looking for apartments and it was rare to find one rated this high. I can see why they are full/have a wait list. David, who is the assistant manager, was very helpful and kind. He was prompt in responding to emails, even after I let him know that I had decided to move to a different building. He always made the effort to follow up and was by far the easiest

I’ve lived here for a little over a year and just signed another 12 month lease. This complex is truly a gem in the heart of downtown Mesa. It’s clean, quiet, well maintained, and I’ve always felt safe. The neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Never any issues with noise or shady happenings. This is my first apartment and I would definitely recommend it!

We LOVED living here. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and any maintenance issues were always resolved promptly. The office staff is kind and helpful. We never had any issues with noise and our neighbors were friendly. I appreciated that the office had great open communication with us as residents about things that were going on in the complex. Definitely one of the best renting experiences we've had. Thank you! We would recommend to anyone to live here!

Fabulous place to live! Cimarron is more like a community rather than a group of people living near each other. Maintenance is prompt and friendly. Office staff are happy, helpful and attentive. All our neighbors are sweet and caring towards each other and we have never felt unsafe in the complex. LOVE living here. ❤

Best apartment complex you're going to ever live at. We lived here in 2017-2018, moved into a bigger apartment elsewhere from 2018-2019 and missed Cimarron so much that we moved back this year. Living here for a year, we realized just how good we had it and we were always comparing other apartment complexes to Cimarron. It's because Cimarron does it better than anyone else. David and Jonna in the office are fantastic. Maintenance is always on point (Jim and Doug are amazing) and the apartment grounds are always extremely well kept and clean. Pool, hot tub and dog park are always immaculate

I lived here for about 3 years and just moved out this past month. In my honest opinion this place is great and there is a reason why the residents stay so long. The property manager Jonna keeps this place in great shape and she is awesome. David is also super great and very willing to help and answer questions. The rent is reasonable too. Everything was always kept clean and maintenance was quick with requests. I will truly miss this place and am sad to be leaving. Not just for the location near downtown but especially for the people and how much they care! I can’t say enough great things about

I have only lived here for about half a year, but this place is amazing. It always is well maintained, friendly, and everyone is very considerate. I had an "emergency" with my apartment at 3 am, and doug, the man who came to check out the problem, was there in less than 5 minutes and did a WONDERFUL job! He explained everything and was VERY thorough with everything. I was extremely pleased with the results. Not only that, but the office personnel called to make sure everything went well, and informed me that they would check it again just to get a second opinion. I am very pleased with

These apartments have everything that a person is looking for. Though I don't usually enjoy living in a complex, the set-up is phenomenal. The entire area is gated with parking on the outside. The courtyard style offers a homey feel that is safe. The residents vary from young adults and small families, to elderly folks looking for a quiet place to live. Everyone I met was very pleasant and I was even able to develop friendships with my neighbors. This is a strong reflection of the staff that manages this property. Jonna and David were incredibly helpful from day 1. They strive to work with you

I have lived here almost 2 years and I love it! The staff is so friendly, and willing to work with you on anything, the maintenance is fantastic, they are upgrading things all the time, they just redid the grills (they are awesome) and they are currently redoing the gates around the complex. Everyone here is so friendly, you actually have legitimate conversations with people and get to know them. Dog friendly, and clean. I like the little gym, it's enough to get what you need done! I'm so sad to say that I'm moving soon due to my job, but the commute is too far. I'm going to

I have lived at Cimarron for the past year and I really don't want to leave! I am only leaving because I'm upgrading to a larger apartment. It's such a nice and quiet complex. The office and maintenance staff are all wonderful and friendly. When you tour their model, what you see is what you get. No surprises. You get a clean and ready to go apartment. The location is fantastic for catching all of the events downtown without having to worry about driving anywhere. You can even step out to the sidewalk to watch the fireworks during 4th of July. They also have a few community events

I have lived at Cimarron for almost three years now and I don't regret a single minute of it. I really enjoy living here. It's a great little hidden jewel of a complex. It's hidden away in the heart of Downtown Mesa just across from the main library. Very close to the light rail and the downtown corridor. The complex is very well kept and clean, and gated with a security patrol. There is free wi-fi which is provided by the complex. It runs very fast and has saved me a good amount of money since I got rid of Cox when the apartments installed the wi-fi. Electric is provided through

Wow I'm surprised about the first review! I've been living at Cimarron for almost 6 years. I first moved here when I was 18 in 2011 and loved the place so much I upgraded to larger units throughout the years. Me having a dog myself, I love that they're pet friendly! Trust me they have pet restrictions and don't let just any breed in. Also for being pet friendly the grounds are well kept and is CLEAN. Every resident is great and responsible when it comes to their pet and cleaning up after them. There's also a small dog park for the residents dogs to freely roam around (supervised

I lived here for one year, and regret moving out every day. The apartments are well-maintained, very centrally-located next to the new light rail, and the residents are very friendly!

I keep to myself, but almost every resident had a smile, a wave, and a quick greeting as I passed in and out. I never felt like there were busybodies watching my every move, but I knew that my neighbors knew who I was. It wouldn't have been hard to make new friends. When I moved in, one resident offered to be my "mom" and make me dinner every now and then!

I never once felt insecure in and around

Now that I am out of this slum nightmare, I just want to say if you put a deposit down, don't expect to get it back, more than likely the owner will just sell the place, and take your money anyways- like they did to us in 2010. We lost 400$ in 2010, and we were given a court order of their bankruptcy proceedings that we would not get our money before their other creditors. This place is a dive. their idea of maintenance is letting their hot water heaters flood the apartments before they fix it. Their maintenance crew is loud, and obnoxious. they have flooded my balcony, fixed lights to shine

I found this apartment complex online when I was searching to move from Michigan. The apartment itself is very nice, if you have a maintenence request they fix it the same day (I've only had two requests in a year). The reason we are moving is location. Just no one really our age, early 20's, pretty much all families or upper middle age. The parking spaces are very small as previously mentioned. The pool is being resurfaced and they recently bought new furniture so I'm sure it will be absolutely beautiful! The outside grills are great and half are brand new! Fitness center is tiny

If you are looking for an apartment complex that you can call home instead of just a place to sleep... then this is the place to be. We are a community here instead of just residents. Very safe, happy place to live where the staff are very kind and treat you like family. If there is ever a problem that occurs here they take care of it immediately... :) We have several activities we do as a complex community throughout the year and every morning many gather in the clubhouse to interact and have fun. I love it here and am happy to call it my home. Love the friends I have made too. They are part of
