I love this place. I’ve been here two years and I have zero complaints. Stacey is an amazing office manager, and the rest of the staff are just as amazing. I’ve had to call maintenance twice, and they came in a very timely manner, and their job was more than satisfactory! The apartment was spotless when I moved in, and I love having a washer and dryer in the unit!!! That sold it for me. The pool is always clean, and me and my daughter are going to start playing pool (🎱) and shuffleboard more often! The rooms and bathrooms are very nicely sized!!!

I have been sitting in my apartment for the last 2 days with no privacy. I reported my blinds in the living had fallen down. But the office has more concern for "other prioritys". Now they tell me it will be NEXT WEEK before they take care of it.

This place is HORRIBLE. Not only did they try to move me into an apartment that hadn’t been cleaned yet but they also didn’t see anything wrong with the fact that I was paying for a filthy apartment either. When I got my keys to the apartment there were cabinets that wouldn’t shut, someone had spit dip into the bottom of the dish washer, the inside of the cabinets were disgusting, the counter tops hadn’t been wiped down and EVERYTHING was yellow from nicotine. Again, they saw NOTHING wrong with this. The entire apartment had an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke. When I brought the odor

We’ve lived here since 2014. We love it. Stacy and Angel, office staff, are awesome to work with along with the rest of the staff. Maintenance is quick to respond to work orders. If we could, we would give it 10 stars!

These apartments has bed bugs, management know that there has been problems before but refuses to speak on it. They called to have them come spray 4 times for 1 room and the man that sprayed the 2nd time actually told us that it was a problem b4 cause u can see were the painters painted over. It looks like little holes in the corner. Have never had bedbugs in my life.

Management doesn't do anything when you have a problem pet owners also aren't made to follow the rules of cleaning up after their pets example dog feces also teens are vandalizing cars and other things apartments are really nice but management is horrible

Our neighbors and management were horrible. The ones below us called the cops because my two year old was playing and it was interrupting their drug deals or whatever. The ones beside us do drugs as well, and the lady that lives there would always come out at around 2 am in just her underwear. Her husband worked nights and she constantly had guys in and out of there. My sister was sitting outside one night and heard the neighbors below us and the neighbors beside us downstairs talking about how they're going to hurt me and my child and boyfriend. First it started with our neighbors. Everyone has complained to management and the cops have been called twice and still management has done nothing. We had requested new carpet before moving in and they refused. We see everyone getting new carpet around us. Now we have a bigger issue with bed bugs that we know we didn't cause. Management is making us pay for it.

Staff is nice, courteous, and friendly enough. Place is infested with sand burrs and there's not enough parking.
