Services
We allow 2 pets max per unit, and only cats and dogs are allowed. There is a $250 non-refundable pet deposit, and pet rent is $30/mo per pet. Restricted dog breeds include: Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, German Shepherds, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, or a mix of any of the above.

It has been an absolute pleasure living here over the past year! For the first time in my many years of living in various apartments, I am actually sad to have to leave (only reason I'm leaving is to be closer to my grad school). It did take some extra effort to get in touch with the leasing office at times, but once we got ahold of someone, they were very kind and efficient. We never needed maintenance; everything in the apartment ran smoothly. Extremely quiet, calm, friendly neighborhood. I felt so safe. Moved here a year ago and the office handles things quickly. If you have an issue they address it immediately until it’s fixed and then they call to make sure you are satisfied or if there is anything else they can help with! They work hard to host events to bring the community together and to keep the building kept up! All around very happy living here.

I recently moved out due to buying a house. I lived at Brookwood Farms for 1 and a 1/2 years. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a family-type apartment complex. Everyone there is amazing. The office staff always knows you and is always willing to help and work with you. The maintenance staff is always there and fixes things immediately! Brookwood Farms is a great place to live in!!!

I have lived in several apartment complexes over the years and this is by far the best. For the size of the space and the amenities offered, you’d think the price would be much higher than it is. The grounds are well kept from the entry of community all the way to the walkways to the apartments. The apartment itself is spacious, and the cathedral style ceiling in my unit makes it feel even bigger. The large, nearly floor to ceiling window in the living room brings in so much natural light we don’t need lights on anywhere in the apartment during the day. The appliances and cabinets/counters

Upon move in, cleaner didn't clean at all. Some things outdated or should be added. Maintenance has done an excellent job at getting things corrected and promptly. Many imperfections, especially in walls/paint and patches. Got new flooring which was wonderful. Very beautiful complex, minus pothole(s). Wish pool was open later/earlier as they are beautifully kept and we could get more use out of them! Only one other issue, partially caused by myself, but corrected. Like the complex all-in-all. Noise reduction methods don't work so well between floors. Fairly quiet and nice neighbors so far.
