The management is the absolute biggest joke of this place, the girls just do whatever they want and they have no answers for anybody. They didnt even wanna replace the 3 dollars in quarters I lost in theyre machines. Over the holidays they left the office unlocked all night with nobody in it. Whoever the owner is I dont know how you sleep at night. Your so embarrassed about your own establishment you wont show your face or leave your number or name because you dont want to deal with a million complaints. Its okay I will make complaints to Housing Authority now you just wait buddy

I do not recommend u ever move here the water is always cold or turned off the pools were always dirty and the patios and furniture were always very dirty this year 2021 the pools were green and for the last 3 years the hot tubs are not hot and were slimey when I tried to move out they keep telling me I owe them more money not a very nice experience for sure since I never missed a payment or complained about all the Nasty stuff around here

Pros:
Close to nature trails,schools and parks.
Grounds are kept clean. Residents are mostly quite
Cons: Staff is rude and will call you about negative reviews if you are still a resident. Staff does not answer the phone, an answering service will and if its a weekend no one will return your calls. Toilets' stay clogged all weekend.
Cheaply made, constant issues with plumbing and turning water off.Not to mention appliances breaking, air conditioning breaking.Things broken during move in never get repaired.
Amenities' are often in ill repair. For the price you can go

Shame on the management for neglecting their tenants and for their utility clerical error during a pandemic that caused your tenants rent to be extraordinarily high DURING a pandemic. You’re all frauds and cons. Shameful.

A new AC replaced and works perfectly fine, this is why I edited my review. Thumps up for now.

I don’t even know where to start but if I could give negative stars I would. They don’t care about their residents they don’t return phone calls and when they get good office staff in there that do their job they run them off.

I submitted a work order on 9/29 to have the area around my fuse box painted to match the off-white of the rest of the wall instead of the dark brownish green that's currently on there. (The fuse box was rewired about 10 months ago.) I received an email on 9/30 informing me that the work was complete, despite the fact that no one has actually done the work. The work order has been marked as complete, and I have received no other communication from anyone about this matter. I work at home and keep the deadbolt thrown, so I know no one has even come into my apartment.

Went through the application process, they had poor service, poor communication, and attempted to charge more money than was initially agreed after a move in delay, only coming back to the original price when it became clear it was a deal breaker.
The website had been listing inaccurate prices, and they were charging excessive fees that the other complexes we've applied to didn't feel the need for.
I originally had written a review that could have been called a paper, but the only people that would read that is their PR, so I've cut out a lot.

After hours no one responds to an emergency. Has been over 12 hours with no toilet, flooded bathroom and maintenance can’t be contacted through answering service.

I wanted to let you know that the staff you have now are awesome, honest and professional. I hope they will be here for year's to come in my years here their has been at least four or five different managers and leasing agents some who were good and some not so good. Mayra, is awesome as well as Lettie and Amber. They are honest , very professional. And always so helpful. I really hope they stay. They all go above the expectation.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. HERE A FEW REASONS WHY: I am the apartments to sign a form that Leti, the manager, asked me to sign before 5:30pm. I have been knocking at the office since 5:15pm and NO ONE SEEMS TO OPEN THE DOOR. Sadly, this is not the 1st time this has happened. There are many isssues with these apartments overall. We've been here 12 years, and Bellevue has gone through many management teams during this time. I can honestly say the current team with Michaeleena Saenz is the absolute worst. We constantly have water shut… offs, 'missing' payments, and when asked they couldn't produce a copy of our lease. Once a month the hot water off for 1-2 days at a time. Summer of 2019, the pool was open for a total of 2 weeks in the summer. No residents are ever compensated for any of this.
They rented our garage to another resident *with our boxes still inside* despite us never having made a late payment in all

Here it is November 13th.. I moved out September 12th and I still can't get the front office to call me back about my move-out balance and my $500 deposit that they can't account for. They charged me $200 for resurfacing a tub that cracked and peeled during my stay. I spoke to Micheleena multiple times and she assured me Leticia would call me… back.. I no longer have access to my old leases online, fees and deposits I paid and work orders. Pretty much at my wits end and will be filing a complaint with the state today. They do not fix any thing. It’s not the employees. It’s the office or owner! I have spoke with a number of employees as they want to help but they can not unless they have a “managers” work order etc... The exercise equipment is horrible. Old Equipment and they refuse to fix the Jacuzzi... What? They said it’s too expensive to fix??? They never… have gas in the grills by the pools even when asked.
