I got towed out of a visitors parking spot… $320 for parking in a VISITORS SPOT!!! I called the apartment and they said it wasn’t their responsibility even though it’s their property… this place is all about the dollars and could care less about the people. Now when I go to park it says I maxed out my parking for this property… they put a limit on VISITOR PARKING SPOTS… I will continue to share my experience with Bel Air Downtown.

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The management will waste your money and time!! They never answer the phone. They lie to make you think you're application is approved. I wasted $300 waiting on the process to be complete. I was never kept updated, and the only time I was able to talk to someone is when I came into the office. Matt was the worse to deal with. He completely lied about submitting my information but never did. Not sure why he would single me out and misuse my information submitted for my application. 2'weeks and everyday the same answer. I pulled my application and stopped process. I was not issued

Please ignore everything my boyfriend (Bryan Bentzel) said about this being a great situation. They messed up and didn’t send me the lease and made it my fault. So we had to come in person and sign a paper lease. A lease we were never sent or given a copy of. We waited four, almost five, weeks for someone to come out and fix the dryer plug that had no power running to it and we were driving an hour plus to our parents houses to do laundry every weekend. We waited another two weeks for them to come fix our ice maker. The toilet in our master bathroom doesn’t flush properly and they said they’ve

Terrible/Inconsiderate residents are NOT considered a nuisance i.e. Bel-Air's attempt to mitigate disrespectful actions from inconsiderate residents is not sufficient and therefore ultimately futile. I have never been so excited to move out of an apartment complex. Stay FAR AWAY, search and look around for better deals, they are everywhere. Take a look at the trash rooms located in the parking garage; these rooms act as a metaphor for how Bel-Air is managed and how they will treat you after signing the dotted line.

We have lived at Bel Air downtown for 6 months, and we're very happy we made this choice. The location is amazing...right in the heart of downtown Plano with walking distance to everything! Daena helped us out so much! She truly made sure that everything went smoothly, from the initial walk through tour down to our move in...and she continues to go above and beyond anytime that we have need anything. The staff is so friendly and also very helpful.

After over a month of repeated flooding within my apartment from heavy rain and multiple ignored requests for repair I informed the management, per Texas property code, by certified mail of my legal right to vacate the premises immediately. They admitted they were at fault but later hit me with a hefty early termination fee. I have continued to dispute this charge but they have sent it on to collections anyway. Attorney fees would amount to several thousand dollars so it seems there is no recourse for tenants no matter how obviously they have been wronged by apartment management.
