These are the most incompetent people ever!!! Worst customer service of my life. Believe me, I am actually typing this in a good mood. Its actually gotten to the point where you're so passed frustrated that all you can do is laugh. They say will have someone call you right back, and after calling at least 15 times and leaving messages with a live person, it's been over a month a such call back is yet to happen. I even had my wife calling as a different person, just interested with questions regading the complex, SAME THING!! Just makes me think, if its this difficult to get a hold

The management team at this apartment is absolutely ridiculous. A sticker system was supposed to be implemented for parking in July, 2021 and has still not yet been implemented so people who do not live at the apartment complex fill parking spots near the shopping center, resulting in all residents being pushed to park in the parking lot furthest away from their apartment, or having no parking spots at all. As a result of their being no parking spots available, I was forced to park in a fire lane with other cars as well and woke up to my car towed without me getting a chance to move it to a spot

We have had constant issues with the plumbing in the apt.. dishwasher/sink wont drain. Then one day this week they shut off the water with no notice, never heard from the front office - I had to call them and they were rude about it. They couldn't even take the time to send something out explaining why we were without water. Then the water was shut off again this weekend... going over 24 hours with no water currently. Still nothing from the office.

BUG INFESTATION !!!!!!!!!!!!!! You can bomb, you can spray, you can have lay traps, you can have the office come pay someone BUT still gots BUGS. So I moved like yall got me all the way messed up really it's my fault upon arrival it just looks dirty. Really these apartments look like the Projects the main gated works but the one side gate broken wide open. Do Not Move HERE - PERIOD!!!

Cockroaches. Unending amounts of cockroaches. I told the office and they sent in pest control. More cockroaches. So I asked to break my lease so I can look for a new place, got charged a $1,600 fee for breaking the lease. Texas health codes states that a persistent pest problem is justified cause for renter to break lease with no penalties, so I pushed back. Office threatened to send debt collectors.

My neighbors are friendly and very caring kids are kids and now a days that’s something good to see. The management and the maintenance team here are very polite, hard working and they take very good care of the property and are always so cheerful brightens my day when I go in office and get a good laugh. Management is amazing always understanding and always ready to handle any concerns I have i haven’t been in an apt living for almost ten years but this is one great property.

I have resided here at Bel Air on 16th since September 2020 and I wanted to say it has been great, I love my apartment it’s everything I need at a great price and let’s not forget the property staff here is great Angelica is great so kind and helpful she knows how to make you feel at home and make this really feel like a community. She knows everyone and everyone has nothing but good things to say. I never felt safe there. There were lots of homeless wandering around, lots of residents that liked to congregate by the corners playing loud music in their cars and leaving trash/beer bottles everywhere. The apartment flooded numerous times because the upstairs neighbor flushing weird stuff down the toilet. From the flooding, the bathroom cabinets started to mold, the carpet was ruined and smelled awful. The apartments had terrible laundry facilities onsite. Half of the time the dryers never got hot enough to dry your clothes and the washing machines worked some days, took your money others, cost

This is the worst apartment I have experienced since moving to Texas. I would not recommend the management team are not helpful. The apartments have roaches and the bathroom water system is not suitable for young children to shower because the water changes every few seconds. My heat keeps going out at night and my apartment is freezing inside and I have small children which one is a infant. Update the shower has gotten worst I can't shower without getting burnt or burst of cold water coming out.

Apartments are good and clean I haven't had any issues with bugs or neighbors. Everything so far about these apartments have been great my only complaint is the pool. It's almost the end of summer and it's still not open every time we ask they give us a different reason blaming the city for taking to long to come and approve it but every time I pass by the pool to check to see if it's open the pool maintenance guy is there trying to clean it so that means they've been failing to pass the city's inspection multiple times. I just wished the pool would open up because
