I'd like to take this opportunity to let you know how lucky you are to have Miguel on your staff, my oven heating element finally went out after 25 years if it was installed about the same time as the water heater, informed Miguel the top elements had been worked on so much by other maintenance guys, the wire attaching the elements is literally too brittle to do anything with.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I put my resident application and got approved in July 3rd, my move in date was suppose to be August 25th, I came to pick up the keys on August 25th and they didn’t have anything ready. The carpet smells like wet dog, it’s stained with paint, and was ripping apart, the air vents were very dusty and peeling off, the walls have mold and are discolored or stained, the countertops had so many marker stains and was peeling off. the fridge was DISGUSTING it had cockroaches and maggots, I had to throw all my groceries, what a waste of time and money!! it took me TWO HOURS to

Just wanted to update my 1 star review and give this place 5 stars after the air conditioner noise issue was fixed. Been meaning to leave a substantive review since I moved in about 4 months ago. So here goes.
