If you like a quiet place...this isn't for you. Between the jerks driving through with loud music, the drunks talking Loud on the weekends from the bars that are next door, or the rude people who talk loud in the hallways...it is NOT a quiet place to live. Everything echoes due to the design of the buildings. If you are single and never home, it is fine. But anyone with a family should avoid this apt community at all costs.

Where do I begin… My experience of this apartment was terrible. First my family gets towed while we are moving and I was never told about the ridiculous towing policy. Then a couple of weeks later my car got towed because the front desk staff did not give me or my fiancé the proper parking decals. I tried to go to the office and get this handled and the manager Lindsay did nothing for me so I went to the regional manager and finally got reimbursed. The parking for residents is terrible. Anytime you need something from the front desk staff it takes forever because they are unstaffed or under

It has now been 1 month since my daughter submitted an application and it was denied- which is fine. But Bel Aire K station has refused to refund the deposit amount which I am due. I paid $481.00 to apply, $300.00 of which was to have been returned. I have written an email to Kerry the office manager and left numerous phone calls- none of which have been returned. Be very careful applying here.

HEED MY WARNING: over a month ago, my daughter, with my permission used my credit card to pay a down payment and application fee to apply to this apartment complex. It was a WHOPPING $461.00. They were subsequently denied, and that is fine. However, the $300 which was supposed to be refunded was never refunded. I have called 833-870-1413 and have gotten the run around several times. I have emailed Kerry the manager twice, and she refuses to answer emails, nor call me. Now, they recognize my phone number on caller ID and ignore me. Do NOT do business here. THEY ARE UNETHICAL and will steal

I pay my rent, if not early certainly in tine... what do I get for it? Well my car was towed from the garage !! $300 to get my car from the gated garage because when I resigned my lease, the leasing office didn't give me a new garage sticker!! Thanks office staff!! Super!!! The fire pit hasn't work the year and half I have been here... they point it out in the walk thru... it's broken!! The gate by the pool broken! The leaks and damage in the hall ways... from before the storm mind you... still broken and damaged! The trash room is a literally pilled high with trash half the time

I have lived here 1 and 1/2 years. Always have exceptional service from the the office and maintenance. It's quiet and neighbors are amazing. This past week with the weather causing so many issues I saw that their response was immediate and complete. They kept us up to date with emails and responded to my emergency in no time. Aside from the great location it's just a great home.

DJ worked with me with the patience of a saint. I'm so in love with my apartment and the area!!! When it wasn't available for viewing, she described it in detail, and once able sent a walk-through video. She was so kind and answered all my questions. It was so encouraging to have a staff to care so much before I even moved in. Love this place! The location is amazing and love the access to so much cool stuff.

In the previous 8 apartments I have lived in,I have never had an issue with an apartment complex until Bel Air K Station.Keep in mind this is an older apartment. My air conditioning went out twice in my last year living there. Also, I had a large leak in my ceiling and it was over a week for it be fixed. During the repair, the ceiling water was dumped in my bathtub leaving a black residue I had to clean myself and my personal rug that had gotten wet from the ceiling leak. The repair man ended up putting this wet rug on my bed. When my lease was finally over, I was told during the walk through I

My husband and I moved here from California...so planning a cross country move is not always easy. DJ helped us so much and made the whole process a breeze, we did everything over the phone/ online. We love this place and the proximity to EVERYTHING. It's so cozy! DJ is wonderful and the other ladies in the leasing office.

If I can say anything about Bel Air K Station I can say that Sara and her team are absolutely the best. Whenever I have a problem I let them know, and they address it immediately. Sara always responds to my emails and phone calls. After each maintenance request I get a phone call from the office making sure the request was taking care of. I always get treated with kindness, respect, and now I truly feel that I am valued as a resident. The location is perfect for me and the staff have been amazing.
