Newport Village Apartments

The place is nice to live but they have raised my rent from 950.00 to almost 1300 and not one upgrade has been provided..... I need my monies worth ijs......

The only downfall is the Gym hours and pool hours. These people don’t cater to tenants who are off the weekends and work later shifts. If they have security why not open Pool and Gym 24 hours like other places do? Or at least open keep em opened till like 10pm or so. Not many can really enjoy the facilities they pay extra for every month. 😞

If I could give it no stars I would because this place is hands down the worst apartment complex I've ever seen or been in. Their windows don't seal or lock so anyone can come in with no effort. There's no assigned parking so you'll have to walk extremely far if all the spots are gone because people have 3 or 4 cars an 2 or 3 of them are usually broken down but they don't tow them. They take 6 months to repair holes when they have leaky pipes. They won't replace your water heater, they'll just come an fix it for the moment an tell you it's fine. I applied for lease in 2020 they got me approved with some conditions like one month deposit, thats why i told them to cancel my application. After 6 months they send 250$ to the collections says administration fee. The collection company enters two times with two different debit collectors and they were saying the companies are merging thats why that was showing like that once i paid the amount then the will remove both of them until that time its gonna be in my collections. NO body called me about this amount from the lease office.

I've lived here 6 months.
The staff is courteous.
Any maintenance issues are always addressed timely.
Should I ever make it back to Nevada, I'll never live anywhere else!!

The people that live here are very welcoming and nice, but this place is horrible. The gates never close and your home will get broken into. Multiple homes have been broken into in these apartments and the structure of the apartments are poor. The alarm systems don’t work on all the windows and doors and you don’t get a good lock on your doors until someone breaks in. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE please because these apartments are not it.

I have been living here about 3 years now decided to move when my lease was up because everyone in the office was was rude. Past couple weeks I have been noticing a big change when I come home... its starting to look nice again. I went in the office to pay my rent and seen we had a new manager. He actually came out of the office to met me he was so nice i can tell he care about it here. everything looks better

Neal Ridenour, Property Manager, “Back ordered”’ an inoperable washer and dryer with a second washer and dryer not fully operating. I reside near a security gate that’s been open for weeks. Security isn’t always on patrol. Where is the market value on actual residential safety? Advanced Property Management has a “F” rating with the Better Business Bureau. For $930 per month, I anticipate submitting a better review.

Great place to live. Quiet always cleaning the outside and taking care of the apartments. Great experience for the price you pay. Handy mans and the ladies in the office always busy but helping everybody. 5 stars A PLUS.

Absolutely love this place!
I recently contacted them over the phone to obtain information, and they were really friendly, helpful and most of all, very professional.
The office clerks are GREAT, they’re quick to greet you when you visit, and offer you their help.
They show you around the complex to assure you find the place to best suit your needs.
Overall great experience, the place is very neat and i personally enjoy my stay here.
