AVOID AT ALL COSTS. One person works here and isn’t at the office always, break ins are a common and expected occurrence, and the trash chute and dumpsters are not emptied. The ENTIRE apartment complex is swarming with bugs now.
Edit: There’s so many things wrong that I forgot to mention that the WiFi is down more often than not. However to be fair the Nelson Partners group (the group that owns Loftvue) was indicted for a Ponzi scheme recently and they obviously have their hands tied.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. Nelson Partners owns Loft Vue and they are bankrupt. We have been living in filth with poor air pollution and now there is an infestation of flies and roaches due to the lack of management taking out the trash and causing it to pile up as such. Please live somewhere else as we, the current residents, are praying to get out of our leases.

First off my poor friend had her appendix removed and instead of going to her room to rest and recover she had to walk up 4 flights of stairs 4hrs post surgery because the elevator has been broken for about 2 months now. As soon as you walk in from the stairway the air hits you and it’s heavy. It smells musty, the air smells and is heavy. There’s no staff and packages are left outside loft vue and left on the floor. This place is absolute garbage. Elevator hasn’t worked for months, Internet has been down for a month, No heating, Trash, gnats and maggots everywhere. What’s next? Our power and water???? This place is inhumane. David Rivera, Nelson Partners and everyone involved does not care about the well being of the students being subject to refugee camp conditions. Nelson Partners is running a scam across the country at the expense of investors, students and parents.

Where to begin..
From an initial viewpoint, Loft Vue seemed to be a nice, cheap apartment close to TCU. However, things have fallen apart over the last two months. The elevator has been broken for 2 months, trash hasn't been picked up in weeks so the place is swarming with gnats (see below picture), internet has been out for 3 weeks to an "account issue" a.k.a. they didn't pay the bill (that we get charged for monthly). The current property manager Mason is friendly, however for every problem he has told me that his hands are tied and is awaiting help from corporate (Nelson Partners). You're lucky

This place is a SCAM!!!!!! No management at all…stay away! They are bankrupt they haven’t paid bills in months, no working elevator, no wifi, no maintenance. The trash hasn’t been taken out in months so the city of fort worth is now involved since there are maggots and foul smells. Cars are broken into and there are no cameras. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AS POSSIBLE. this place is the absolute worst apartment ever. The trash has not been picked up for weeks which is causing an overflow of trash in the hall ways. Due to this there are fruit flies everywhere. In the rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and literally everywhere else. The wifi has not worked for two weeks. The elevator has been broken for a month. If you get locked out you will not be able to get in for atleast 24 hours. Nobody works here and the packages sit in the hallways. Maintenance never answers. We moved our daughter to Liberty Lofts (not associated to this place AT ALL) and she can finally rest from this horrid place. Loft vue is a disaster and one accident away from a lawsuit. Did some research and it looks like the property owners (Nelson Partners) are already in a major lawsuit and the residents are paying the price.

Feels like living in the 80’s. Wifi is down whenever for weeks and months, trash cans are overloaded and flies everywhere. Elevator broken for months (apparently missing part is being shipped from Mars because it’s taking an year to get the part). There is no one cleaning person at the property no one at the property knows what’s going on. People at corporate don’t care about whatever is going on and no one can ever reach them for complains. Highly recommend to look for any other apartment complex but not here.

I picked Loftvue for its convenient location to campus and because it appeared to be a great place during the tour. Overall, the experience has been more frustrating than good.
When I applied, I requested to not be in a room by Whataburger and, at the time of my application there were multiple rooms available and yet I was placed in the closest room to Whataburger without any notice until I was there and had paid for my rent. If you live here, you will hear delivery trucks at 4 a.m., trash pick up at 5 a.m., they will power wash the drive thru at 11p.m. and you will hear people order food all

I'm very sad that my first apartment, especially one with "luxury" in the name was such a poor experience. In my three months of living at Loft Vue, Fort Worth, I experience
- poor/ lack of Air Condition for over a month
- gnats and roaches infestation due to the neglect of regular trash pick up (even the chute in the trash room began to overflow due to build up). This place is trash. The only thing I liked about living here was meeting one of my best friends who lived above me and covered parking. We bonded about how we didn't like living in the building. People in the office would continually misplace packages that were sent for me by family members. The door into my apartment would break at least once a month and I would not be able to get in, when I would call the manager one of the guys had to drive for about 45 minutes in to let me in and he was mad at me that the door was broken. There would be a party every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night

First, the positives: For a college apartment complex, the units are very nice, and the building is close to campus. However, we have had to request several maintenance repairs during our few months here, and things seem to break every week- including the elevator, which has been down at least 7+ times in the last couple of months. In addition, every night there are multiple loud parties in the building, and although management has acknowledged that they have received noise complaints and are aware of the problem (and the tenants who are causing the issue!) they have done nothing about it. Paris The manager at these apartments is so cruel. One day I was trying to get my mail and she snuck behind me and screamed at me because my apartment wasn't clean enough for the inspections. I was so appalled at what she had done and immediately complained to the rest of the management staff. However, since she is the top manager, nothing was done.
