We have been living at 35 west for about 5 months now and our air conditioner has been out probably 6 times now. The office doesn’t ever seem too concerned and just hopes it gets fixed. The maintenance man is good and always tries to make sure everything is taken care of but it is the management that could care less. I have a 2 year old and am pregnant and it being hot in our apartment is really dangerous for my daughter. We’ve spent Christmas morning with our apartment being 80 degrees so it hasn’t been the best holiday. The problem started 12/23 and we aren’t supposed to have a working

Do not move to this apartment complex. First, it’s right next to a golf driving range and my car has been hit 2 times with golf balls, shattering the windshield and denting the hood. The management won’t put up car ports or anything. I’ve also had golf balls land on my balcony, and within feet of me while walking my dog. Second, my building smells like weed 95% of the time and management won’t do anything about it. I’ve emailed and called probably 15 times and I either don’t get an answer or they say they’ll give the residents a “warning”. Third, we’ve had encounters with neighbors

LOVE this property! We stopped by while we were in town and we are not looking to move until next year. Other places we went to did not want to show us but the staff here was super friendly. They showed us a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. Super clean and just what we are looking for. Can't wait until it gets closer to our move time so we can reserve our next home in Fort Worth!

Moving here has been quite an amazing experience! We are happy to call 35 West at Champions Circle our home! Cale has been a friendly face, who welcomed us from the start. He made the leasing process easy and efficient. Everything was ready to go on move-in day! Cale answers all my questions and if he doesn't know - he will find out. Great place to live!

Came in last week and did a tour of the property with I believe her name was Sandy… She was great!! Very informative of everything on the property… Property was so beautiful!! I walked in and to my surprise the young lady that helped me remembered our conversation from a few days prior. I believe her name was sandy. It’s been crazy getting good service and having answers to my questions without any attitude. I’ll be putting in my application as the property is beautiful. Also, she didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured to do it immediately like every other place I’ve been to.

My husband and I are probably going to be moving to the area due to work. We are currently prospecting apts and different areas. We went into 35 west. I have to say, I never leave reviews, but the help I received there was top notch. The whole staff was so helpful and friendly. Sandy went above and beyond answering all of our questions and addressing our concerns. We left there saying that if we do move, this will be our top choice!

Our experience with 35 West has been fantastic from the start! The staff is friendly and helpful, and I adore our apartment. I think I said the phrase “it’s so pretty” about 30 times the day we moved in and were able to actually take in our unit. There’s a sense of community and comfort here that is impressive for such a new development, and I am so excited to be a part of that.
