Staying at this apartment was a great experience. The leasing consultant (Ms Desiree) was amazing with keeping up with every request we had regarding any concerns. Above having all the amenities and utilities serving us at optimum capacity, we had no need to entertain fear because we had peace and security. I would recommend the Monticello Crossroads anyday.

Monticello crossroads apartment is like home. Serene environment and super supportive and responsive staff. Londa, the property manager is superb. She is always ready to help with a smile.
The apartments are about 5 minutes drive from Fort Worth Downtown. With grocery stores, the cultural district and several amenities close by, you will enjoy your stay to the fullest!

Really enjoy living here. The location is perfect and the neighbors are nice. The manager does a great job and really cares for the tenants. The pool here is really clean and well maintenanced and it is right next to the gym (the gym has 2 bathrooms that are clean and always have soap). Also they just installed brand new washers and dryers and there really convenient and easy to use! The management does a good job of keeping the place litter free and has a post for pet waste. Very clean!! The hot water, the air conditioner work well no issues in the winter. Would recommend!

This company is horrible in communication and business. For one, they want a deposit on the townhome before you’re even approved and if you get denied for any reason they keep the deposit!!! After I asked Desiree numerous times, would I get the deposit back. It’s a pandemic and even if it wasn’t, I don’t have 300$ just lying around. They also said I was denied but I never was contacted nor did I receive a denial letter. I had to contact them to let them know I had found a house and wanted to back out of the deal. And even with speaking to Desiree on the call, she ensured me I’d get the

I love living at Monticello Crossroads! Management is exceptional, better than any other apartment I’ve ever lived in. The grounds are very well kept and frequently updated (repainting railings, replastering the pool, landscaping, etc). I have lived here for 2 years. Maintenance is very responsive - more than once I have put a request in, and from when they send it to the maintenance crew to when maintenance shows up at my apartment the same day!! They are well priced for the area and space you get.

Consider other options.
- Very poor structural integrity, as well as plumbing issues. I've put in more work orders than I can count, and each is met with either no response or a temporary fix from on-site maintenance. I still wish I could fully shut my bathroom door.
- There have been issues with pests, namely roaches and gnats. This may not be an issue if you like an occasional shower or nap with said pests!
- Expect to be met with passive-aggressiveness when dealing with management. While typical with properties like this, you can also expect to be coaxed into renewing your lease one way or

This has been a great temporary home for my family and myself. I really have nothing bad to say. From the moment we moved in, until we moved out, we had a great experience. Londa the apartment manager, is always on top of things. If you need something, she’s on it. That’s one of the many things we loved about this place. The location is great too; many great restaurants and things to do, all within a few minutes drive. The apartment complex is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly. Great recently renovated beautiful space but the best part is the management who is there to make sure everything runs smoothly for you to make this your new home! She helps above and beyond the normal things and assists with so many little details making this not only affordable but an easy process to get a lease signed and to get all you need- even recommendations for furniture, helps residents resell furniture when they leave, she is amazing and the place is secure, safe, gated parking area, nice pool, gym, laundry, well maintained! they also offer three month or short term leases!!!
