I cannot say enough good things about The Depot and most especially Ryan. He is very knowledgeable and simply knows how to make you feel at ease. I looked at tons of apartments in the downtown area and settled on The Depot because of the great reviews and Ryan's great personality. I can't wait to move in. So excited!

I have been living here for over a year and we finally have an adequate staff member, Ryan. He goes above and beyond his job parameters to make sure that all my needs and concerns are taken care of. The Depot finally has someone that can do the job, AMAZINGLY. The apartments are slowly transitioning into a community based complex by adding in amenities outside what it already has (gym, pool etc) by brining in local food trucks during the week to bring everyone together. Love it! Can't wait to see what else Ryan has instore for the Depot.

I can't say enough great things about my husband and my experience getting set up here at The Depot! 2 months ago we were in a mad scramble to find a place to move and probably looked at more than 50 different apartment units around the city. The Depot was one of the first we looked at but we wanted to see other options before committing so we didn't jump on the unit we liked. 1 month later we had exhausted all options and leads and were desperate to stay on budget but still find something that would work for our work-at-home needs as well as adjusting from suburb-life to city-life. I have only lived at The Depot for a short time, but have found it to be one of the best apartments I’ve lived in. My husband and I were in need of a centrally
located apartment that was available immediately. The management team worked with us to quickly approve our application, get us set up with keys, washer/dryer, and making sure our

Idk why no one talks about this, but these apartments are so noisy it’s depressing. If your unit will be facing the highway, save yourself the stress and money because you are 100% guaranteed no sleep due to loud trucks, highway noise, sirens and accidents. The train is also coming through about every 10 minutes so if you don’t like loud horns that will literally wake you up out of your sleep consider yourself warned.
Pluses are that you are walking distance from Sundance square, the property manager is very friendly and maintenance request are handled quickly.

The complex is overpriced for the quality/condition of the apartment, management is AWFUL. I know law students like to live here, but I've broken down below why it is not worth it.
Point 1: Complex being overpriced
1) Location may be "central," but it gets NOISY at least on the backside due to being located right next to railroad and highway.
-- Windows were not adequately sealed or didn't close properly because I could hear the highway clearly even when they were closed, but when i put my weight down on the window there was a reduction in noise.
2) No washer/dryer in unit
