I hope that this post is not too long however I would want to be well informed about the place I was considering home!!!!! I WOULD NOT MOVE HERE... I will start at the end. I moved from this property 8/2021. The property was owned by another management company when I moved in and they were absolutely WONDERFUL(Sparrowliving)! When leaving any apartment complex you know that you are going to receive a bill for water, trash, etc however they DID NOT call or even send documentation of what my last bill was. IT WAS SENT TO COLLECTIONS FIRST!!! Which for someone who isn't use to things being put on

The people in the office are very rude and disrespectful the guy who was in the office came outside picked up the order we left and threw it in my car i put it back out then he came and hit my window and squished the customers order on my car and tried hitting my car again I will never deliver to these apts again dew to the way we were treated and talked to feel sorry for the tenants who live there and have deliveries brought to them

Amber assisted us in our second day of tours at the South 400 property and ultimately found us the perfect match for our living needs. Not only did she walk us through a countless amount of units to find the right fit; she very quickly and efficiently expedited the leasing process. In my opinion, this is what a leasing agent is made of. The South 400 Crew should be more than pleased to have her on their team.
The property was running an amazing special and had the quality of facility that any new tenant would be looking for, considering the price. It can be easy to get caught up in a property

I have been here since March and I can honestly call this home. The office staff is extremely professional and courteous, and the people here are really cool and laid back. I have not seen one incident here nor person that made me feel uncomfortable and I have been at some poorly ran apartments before. They also have came and not only replaced my fridge, and dryer, but they did it so fast as they always respond to work orders within 24 hours it seems like. I’m so happy to have found this place and would recommend anyone that likes an upscale environment to check it out.

I have lived here for a year and it has been great! We have already renewed the lease for another year. What I enjoy most is the staff. Shout out to MARY for being the absolute best and answering all my questions! She is so friendly, helpful, and professional. I am in pharmacy school (so I study every day), and noise has never been an issue for me. The apartments are also very clean. They have prize giveaways for the residents sometimes, too! Great place to live.

The facility itself is on par with most apartments in the area. The management team however has not done a great job. Poor service and not taking good care of their residents. Check out The Bowery if you’re looking for something much nicer with better management in the S. Main area. Not only have they not assisted me with the damage their towing company caused on my brand new vehicle, they refuse to get involved in the situation at all and have left me with thousands of dollars of damages and their towing service will not contact me back. You would imagine most management groups would be willing

By far the best apartment I've lived at! There's so many great things to say about South 400!
I have lived here for nearly 4 months now and don't have a single bad thing to say about the apartment!
I live on the 5th floor and have loved it. There is always enough parking in the garage and in the 4 months I've lived here the garage gate/door has never been broken. There is enough room in the garage to comfortably have two cars going up and down.
The elevators have never been broken or out of service.
The gym, though small has everything for a good full body basic workout

This community is awesome and totally rad!! It is located in a great up and coming area with plenty to do within walking/biking distance. You can be in the center of downtown Fort Worth in just a short 15 min walk. They offer many different layouts to fit what ever needs you might have.
My husband and I have lived in our fair share of apartments, and this apartment complex has honestly felt the most like a home.
