This is the worst apartment complex I have ever lived. they do not care about anyone or anything but making sure they take all your money. they are scam and roach invested!! I hateeeee it here. Also corporate does not help either. dont even bother reaching out to them. they are just as rude

It’s over 90 degrees in my apartment, been this way for 2 months just moved in 5/30/2020, my air broke 5/31/2020 I have a 1 year old son & this heat is triggering his asthma, but no one seems to care.
We currently have a heat advisories every day’ Nothing has been done. Nobody can give me an answer, or return phone calls. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Wouldn’t recommend to a homeless person! They gave me a window unit to cool down a 2BR 2B and told me there is nothing else they can do. Hopefully this review can reach the higher ups to get something done.

This has to be the biggest mistake I’ve ever made moving to this apartment complex roof leaked. Just the building I was in alone should have been condemned. Neighbors ceiling completely caved in due to leaking roof. Plumbing always backed up, couldn’t use toilet or tub due to this. Appliances are out dated and you would have to slap the sides just to get them to power on. Doors had to be supported by wooden stick or then would definitely fall washer and dry plumbing system behind the wall leaked into downstairs neighbors home. Never once did they fix anything. I wish I could give this place no stars!!! PLEASE don’t move here!!! It’s horrible! They NEVER fix ANYTHING... I’ve been here for a year now and trying to get the hell out of here!! When I moved in everything was great. Apartment looked nice and everything. Air works heat works... except my oven.. I have a gas stove and I’ve been calling and calling to get it fixed ever since I found out it didn’t work and it’s been a YEAR now!! The damn stove turn on by itself!! Alright so, as of September 2019 we finally moved out of the Hidden Oaks (we moved in in March 2018). I had a long list of complaints on here while we were under the revolving door of 2018. Appliances didn't get fixed, pest control never came, and make ready was never done despite a two week delay in our move in and that scheduled a month after we first went in.
Taking that all into consideration, having lived in some awful apartments with periodic but never sustained improvements

Part 2: A lot of the people who live here are just crazy/section 8 type. I couldn’t even get to my unit that is at the very back of the complex because some fools were shooting just to shoot and the cops had it blocked for well over 3 hours. Another day, I couldn’t even get into the complex because someone decided they wanted to burn rubber in the middle of the night and had the entire entrance smoked out with zero visibility. Even the cops that used to live here have moved. The children are unruly. One girl even attacked an old lady simply because the lady asked her not to run through her

This place is a travesty. Horrible management, not clean, no consistent pest control, pool is never clean. Two summers here and my kids got in once. Repairs stayed on new lease for 9 months, still undone. My apartment flooded and they weren't concerned, other than putting Blowers in, that cost ME a high entergy bill. They even lost the key to my apartment, so they tried to inconvenience me to make sure they had a way in it a copy. Don't waste your time, move somewhere else

Hidden Oaks more like Hidden Jokes. Trust when I say you do not want to move here. Please save your time and money. They have roach infested apartments, they are slow to fix anything. And on top of that the violence is ridiculous. Do your research they may look nice on the outside but they aren't worth it. The office staff is just money hungry to move you in they don't care who you are as a person. They will quickly file an eviction just to be able to get you out. I hated living there. All reviews are true and accurate not just angry people or bitter. Can't cover up truth no matter what.

This is by far the WORST experience ever. The staff is highly unprofessional and really don't seem to care at all when it comes to the tenants. Trying to get something fixed take months or longer, that's if the work order ever get put in. You can never get in touch with them during their supposedly business hours. Then, if you stop by, the staff has the door locked and will look at you standing there, instead of addressing you or the problem. I've even sent a letter to corporate just to have a theft matter resolved in the past, that wouldn't have went that far had someone been able to simply contact
