If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place is horrible. I would not recommend. The new management is so terrible and their attitudes so disgusting. All they do is NOTHINGGGG. When it come to stuff needing to be fixed in my unit…. I am my own handy man. And they just lie so much. Currently living in Elysian II and waiting until December to leave this trash. Please consider some place else. It’s nice and new but will be run down soon because of the new awful management.

I'm not entirely sure of who is the owner, but I'd strongly consider better management. Today, I decided to stop by to check out the apartment complex. To my dismay, the front desk associate (I believe Mr. George) was not there for over 45 minutes! And when he finally showed up, he was completely rude to my wife and I as we looked around the complex. I would recommend a much better management and certainly more friendly!

I Can attest to the staff being unprofessional, I am looking to potentially lease at this property so I set an appointment to view an apartment. After driving 45 minutes to view the apartment absolutely no one was in office I sat in the waiting area for over 30 minutes waiting for someone to return to the front desk. I called several times ...no answer it’s a horrible first impression for sure.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would !! Do not, I repeat DO NOT pay any money here unless you are 100% sure you will make this place your new home. They will not explain their application process & will leave you to understand their tax credit rules. The property manager cant even read the application let alone have applicants that are unfamiliar with the property understand the guidelines. She does not understand former address from current address to send refunds back to. They have terrible reputations with vendors, residents, and previous applicants. Ask yourself why would a apartment community

I have lived here for 4 years and I have no complaints. The people in the office have changed a bit since I have been here but they all have taken good care of me. They have this thing in the lobby that makes it smells so warm and inviting that I come down and hangout just because. I talk to the ladies in the office and they are always full of smiles. The maintenance guy fixed my door knob when I got locked out of my place and he did it so fast it was like magic.
