The apartment complex is very quiet & landscaping was neatly cut. I seen a tenant sitting out front & I asked him how long he has been staying here he told me six years and said it was very peaceful back there. Overall, Jessica really made my move in experience quick , easy and smooth !!!!

I been staying in these apartments for a year and a half and it was great our manager was on her job but now they have a new manager and it’s horrible ,. Air filter is black as hell and my ceiling in my bed room is leaking from the upstairs apartment , pets control haven’t been out since our old manager left .I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone anymore.... Nothing is getting done

As a tenant at Pine Square Apartments for about 3 years. I can say my living experience here has been absolutely amazing. Very quiet indeed but as for a change in my career. I made my choice to leave Pinesquare Apartments on a good note . I highly recommend anyone to see what type of enjoyable experience they can receive being a tenant here as well. So i leave my review with 5 stars and good memories. Wooo....Go PSA ! I love you guys! I will definitely come back if i can !

Showed up for our scheduled appointment to find the office workers out to lunch until the end of the appointment time. They had lost the info about the appointment and when we asked for a parking pass so our vehicle doesn't get towed they berated us for the idea when there are signs warning about being towed and another employee warning us about aggressive towing if your car doesn't have a parking permit. He then accused us of not even wanting to rent which given the terrible treatment we have received. No we won't.

The apartments are getting better slowly but surely since under new ownership and management. I don’t particularly like when they are doing something in the area that requires them to turn off the water because sometimes we don’t get a heads up and when needed I can never get a hold of emergency maintenance after hours. It’s much better than it was in the past though.

Since I've moved-in last month, this apartment complex has provided excellent and helpful customer service at the office, nice up-to-date remodeled units, reasonable pricing, great location, nice community such as neighbors, gated community with security cameras and mobile security guards, and a quiet and clean environment. Basically all of my concerns that I was worried about this apartment complex (since I moved from out-of-town) have been nothing but a great experience thus far. I would recommend this apartment complex to any student due to the extra closet/study room access in the remodeled

Living at Pine Square Apartments has been an enjoyable experience. I've lived in this complex for over ten years and the staff made my choice to remain a tenant after the great flood of Baton Rouge in August 2016. They are very professional and ready available when needed. They are very knowledgeable about the property.
