Roaches. Huge roach problem with no routine pest control. It’s spacious yes, but if your space is crowded with roaches. Pest control is supposed to be part of the least agreement. They aren’t holding up their part of the bargain. And it’s taken lightly. But I bet if I wash my car in the parking lot they would be going crazy charging me all kinds of fines. But I have to be cool with roaches crawling across the door handles, banisters, and the dresser. How is that right? Maybe because this place is close to the hood the owners think it doesn’t matter much. Hood service at luxury prices. Crazy

Don’t waste your time and money here. After moving out they will apply unnecessary charges to your account and file insurance claims to get more money. Will report account to collections while waiting on money from your renter’s insurance company. Not good at communicating as well. Will not fix anything that goes wrong. Will try to change leasing agreements!

Would not recommend these apartments to anyone. Maintenance does not come in a timely manner. Cleanness of the apartment complex is a 1/10. The office does not care about the tenants complaints and will never come in to fix the problems in the apartment. The staff is nonchalant and rude including upper management. It’s not worth it renting from AC Lewis Management at all. The garbage is always overfilled with trash, paper, condoms etc in the parking lot. Not to mention the horrible plumbing OMG. Don’t think that you can cook and use the dishwasher or shower because the dirty water will come

I do private PCA work with a mentally challenged individual and have worked with her for the past two and a half years. I wanted to move to the Provincial because it's close to everything and in the bus line if I ever had to use it. I recently tried to move here. I did everything that I was told. Not once was i told as many times I traveled from Natchez ms to them nothing was said about credit. I said before that i didnt have any credit & they said it was okay. Then it was an day I was suppose to come for an tour.. again I came all the way from Natchez and the note on the door said the leasing office was closed.. not once nobody picked up the phone and rescheduled or said anything. I had the absolute worst day. An entire day that should have been dedicated to moving in was wasted by careless attitudes in the leasing office. Not only was I not allowed to move in because of negligent errors made by the administrators of the complex, but they didn't even have the decency to call beforehand to tell me. I had to drive my fully packed car over an hour away, wait 5 hours, and then be told. No one else should waste their time and money like I had to.
