It is with extreme disappointment and general anger that I have to share my experience with you about Broadmoor Plantation apartments located in Baton Rouge, La. First off, I chose this complex for my housing needs due to its general location to the Baton Rouge downtown area and the convenience of dropping my young daughter to daycare. I was quickly mistaken by choosing this complex.....due to seeing mold within weeks of moving in.....mold was seen on the ceiling of the bathroom & on the sink fixtures which I immediately made management aware of the issue.....I was told by management that the mold

I’m not even a tenant here but my experience with visiting one of my family members that live there was so overwhelming I had to post this message.....where do I begin!!!! The rats in the hallway!!! The roach problem!!!! The trash in the parking lot!!!! The mold on the cousin’s ceilings!!! I told them that they can stay by me at least 3 times if week if needed!!! I can’t believe an apartment complex would allow this!!!! Whoever is the governing body over apartments in Baton Rouge will be hearing from me!!!! Sad, sad, sad!!!!

These apartments is garbage. They are infested with RATS, not mice but NEUTRA RATS!!! They have six dryers which only ONE half way works. The washers water does not get HOT! They closed the pools in by pushing everything in it and covering it worth in level dirt ( what an eye soar). They have rat traps in the hall ways outside which is so embarrassing if you have company over. Some tenants have dogs that they let use the bathroom right in front of your door and don't pick it up. No matter how much you complain about t nothing ever happens
