These people have still not let me out my lease or even gotten back with me. I spoke to their VP on the 13th of December about my situation and he informed me we would talk again on the 17th about possibly putting it on the market when he gets to the property. Since then Saxon woods and himself have completely ghosted me. I have left tons of messages with him and called the corporate office and have heard nothing back. They would have had to months to put it back on the market and now with less then a month to go they are putting me in a dire spot. Saxon woods are still trying to force me to live

I’ve only been here 3 months at Allura Los Colinas and my experience has been absolutely horrific! I would never recommend anyone to live here run seriously. Countless amounts of issues have gone wrong and continue to go wrong. I’ve been very patient and been avoiding going public with this place I’m fed up! From the staff, maintenance, pest control issues and these FIREALARMS going off during the day and night over 10 times (not kidding) I’m sleep deprived my gosh and I feel like it’s affecting my hearing!! They do not tell you the flaws of this place I was lied to about the apartment

Critical: Quality, Value
I hate living at their Austin Springs apartments so much that I'm going to pay the full $12,000 left on my lease while I live someplace else. I could not image finding a place further from the "luxury" they bill it to be.

At my move out from Austin springs I was sent a bill for last month of utilities and damages which I paid no issue. Moved out in May and the check was cashed on June 01. In September I get a call from a debt collector saying I never paid. After calling the front office they said I owe nothing and to ignore the calls. After doing a routine credit check this month I have found that they did not do anything to remove the charges. Not to mention if I did owe anything I was never sent a bull for that amount. I have records for everything. This company will ruin you if you decide to move out. Do not

To Tenets of there properties:
Get everything in writing and be careful with them. They are sneaky.
- Charged me Rent after move out and refunded me less than half.
- Violated my lease agreement but charging me with the cable package I never signed for.
- Refused to prove proof of charges when I moved out.
- The property manager, Danielle, is extremely unprofessional, a bad liar, and refused to talk to me when challenged the charges.

Terrible company. If they take over your complex you better get the heck out of there as soon as your lease is up. But us the tenants are always the bad guys according to them. Check BBB reviews and you will see...

This company is the literal worst on property management. They'll take an amazing property and run it into the ground, they're slumlords.
Connor Group should either rethink their business model and how they conduct business or sell their properties and close down.

I moved into District of Linworth in March and everything was great when Vision Communities was the property owner. The Connor Group took over shortly after and everything has gone down hill since (this seems to be a pattern with The Connor Group). The pool has been green and moldy for a good month. They said they would shut the pool down every Monday to clean it but clearly they haven't. I wanted to enjoy a final pool weekend before it got too cold but didn't even bother because the pool is disgusting. The trash piles up and overflows over past the sidewalk even though they started charging a

Timothy, the lead tech, came and fixed our AC very quickly after being notified of the issue by a previous maintenance worker who'd quickly and smoothly fixed multiple issues in our apartment in the past. Maintenance is pretty quick to get things fixed once they are on site in general, and they aren't bad about coming back if needed for the same issues. We've never had to call twice for the same issue.

They are actually suing the company for mishandling their funds and charging them duplicate charges!
My rent has gone up 450 dollars and the Cielo property GM blames the previous company for not charging enough.
I'm praying these slumlords get exposed and have to go bankrupt!
That they are forced to sell every single property to a very ethical company!

There are agencies willing to assist with paying rent for tenants yet this company will not accept the funds. There is a tenant that located 2 agencies willing to ensure she and her 2 children are not evicted by paying their rent for 3 months yet the property and parent company will not accept the help. At times like this people should be more compassionate and helpful. Extremely disappointing. Also, I was told the regional president will NOT return phone calls due to the high call volume.

They will spend thousands of dollars in staff time and lawyers letters, just to keep your $200 deposit. They will go out of their way to post unbelievably fake positive reviews on Google to drowned out the real truthful reviews.

These are so funny, as the reality appears to make these a checklist of things you can expect NOT TO SEE at a Conner Group apartment. Connor Group written CORE VALUES: {employees are expected to....}

I live in the Saxon Woods luxury apartments in McKinney TX. I have lived here since January of 2019. I personally have had many maintenance issues since I have lived here that have been generally ignored.
Water leaking from the refrigerator, Water leak from the upstairs apartment that caused the light fixture in my garage to fall down was never repaired, Fire dept. access door outside of my apartment has been stuck open since I moved in, non functioning light fixtures. Many maintenance requests little to no response. There are two pools in the community, one has only been open for one month

How is the Connor Group still in business? I could write a novel about this group, but my biggest concern is how a complex can come to me 5 months in advance of my lease ending and tell me I have to pay $600 more to stay here and another $99 for a spectrum package that I don't want. What a joke of a complex. Come May this property will never see a dime of my hard earned money. Once I'm clear of this complex I will write all my concerns on every review site available and with the BBB. They're lucky I don't hire a lawyer or go to the news. This is a review of the "L2 Uptown" property owned by the Connor Group.

The new Management company "Connor Group" came in about a month ago and since has turned what was a properly managed luxury apartment complex into an trash filled, pest /rodent infested, grotesque property.

The pool has a film to it, which is not evaluated and cleaned on a daily basis.

Trash lines the garage, trash rooms on each floor, and the grounds.

An unprofessional staff of Maintenance people and office representatives that are poorly under trained to manage a property.

DO NOT RENT FROM THE CONNER GROUP AT SAXON WOODS IN MCKINNEY!!!

I moved into Saxon Woods almost 3 years ago, at the time managed by Cortland. It was a great community - clean, safe, prompt to address service requests; however, in mid to late December of 2019 we received messages that The Conner Group would be taking over the management of the community. Since that time there has been nothing but headache. They immediately started "upgrading" the community by painting. The painters put a cover on my brand new car to protect it from paint, but the cover had a huge whole in it, which I

I lived in a Connor Group managed apartment called the Marabella for 2 years. This apartment was located in Irving, TX. They ignored essential maintenance issues like water leaks, rodent problems, AC units broken, and microbial infestation of air ducts. My airducts were loaded with more than 25 CC sq ft of bacterial and fugal growth. The property manager refused to fix the issue even when my attorney wrote a demand letter to the corporate office. I got a respiratory illness caused by this microbial infestation which potentially led to me being hospitalized due to sepsis. I lost over 55K in bills

Building seems to be tied to a sensitive power supply along Peachtree St. You will repeatedly lose power during moderate storms. 1660 can't do much about that, but it should be mentioned.

I lived at 1660 Peachtree in Atlanta and this review sums up my experience spanning two lease terms.

Pros:
* Abundant parking.
* Easy access to MARTA.
* Decent amenities.
* Located in Midtown; I ended up moving to Buckhead, but as much as I love and miss Midtown, 1660 didn't make it worthwhile at all. On that note, proceed to the cons.

Cons:
* They pay Google to hide negative reviews.
* Most of the positive reviews you'll see are posted on move-in day because the leasing staff gets incentives for positive reviews; also, there has been some bribing of residents.
* High concentration
