Our home inspections are performed in accordance with the InterNACHI Standards of Practice. Buyer / Seller Residential (1-4) Family Dwelling Home Inspection- A professional Home Inspection gives you an unbiased, independent assessment of the condition of the property you are looking to purchase. With these facts you can make an informed, sound purchase decision.
Excludes homes with material defects not present at the time of the inspection, or not required to be inspected per InterNACHI's Residential Standards of Practice. Please refer to our inspection agreement that states, "CLIENT understands that under the "We'll Buy Your Home Back" program, InterNACHI purchases the home - not the INSPECTOR.

The best way to inspect two-story homes or roof systems that cannot be waked on due to safety or potential damageand clients are loving it! We use the DJI Phantom drone. Roof systems are subject to physical damage by foot traffic. Therefore they can only be evaluated from ground level at the eves or from the attic area.

Straight up 5 stars, personable, knowledgeable and detailed oriented home inspector is so hard to find and now you combine that with someone who's willing to educate you and doing it patiently- that's impossible.. Guess we found the impossible, truly the best out there! You would think hiring someone like this would cost you an arm and a leg but after doing some research, their price is super competitive!
