I had the pleasure of having a home inspection done by HQ Home Inspections. I stayed on site while Mr. Logan completed the inspection and I was very impressed. HQ Home Inspections provided a comprehensive and professional inspection report. The inspector provided images, text, and itemized any and all concerns which is what any home buyer needs. I have had other home inspections and this inspection report and experience was the best I've ever had. HQ Home Inspectors is worth the cost and I can say that I wish I would have used them initially. The Inspector arrived timely, had excellent communication, and produced a report by email within hours of the inspection. Highly highly recommended!

Kenneth is exceptionally professional and thorough in his inspection and the report he forwarded. Mr. Logan went above and beyond to schedule not one, but two home inspections with very short notice. We had a short window to have two home inspections done on two very different properties in two different areas and both on the same Saturday. This was my very first home buying experience. With the help of Kenneth, my experience was amazing. He made sure that he looked and checked everything, and I mean everything! He even crawled into the small and tight spaces to make sure everything met his expectations and if anything did not he explained to me and my husband how things should be. I highly recommend him!
