We hired Property Doc for our 12-Month new home warranty inspection.

Dylan was the epitome of what a very good home inspection should be. He was on-time, ready to go at 9am. No loafing around. He got right to work inspecting every nook and cranny of the house. He used a drone to zone in on the roof, chimney, gutters etc. He went under the house, took photos and explained how things should look and did look. I feel very confident that we made a good buying decision. I would highly recommend Property Doc.
