We used John at HomePro Inspections for our recent purchase of our townhouse. John was great, very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and even went into detail when he noticed what appeared to be a water leak. The issues that were noted were fixed and would have been missed if he didn’t do his job with such thorough detail.

Best inspector I've used! Wish I had contacted John Jennings at HomePro for my previous 2 properties. Scheduling our appointment was easy and he was punctual to the inspection. We walked alongside him and he explained worrisome findings in a way we could understand. Very knowledgeable and professional. Found issues on our behalf (buyers) that the seller's inspector hadn't mentioned previously. Inspection report was available same-day and fairly priced. Highly recommend!

I hired HomePro to do an inspection of my new home before closing. John was thorough in his review, taught me about features in the house, and gave me recommendations for maintenance. My wife and I are selling our home, and a potential buyer used this company for their inspection. My wife and I had to be home for the buyer inspection, looking back now, thankfully we were. John P Jennings was the inspector/owner for this jack leg company. First of all, he had no identifying ID tags or name of a company on his truck. Even us letting him into the house, he still had no ID of any sort to show who he was with. If it wasn't for our realtor telling us he was coming and would be late. We wouldn't have known it was him, and wouldn't have let him into our home. He also had no ladders

We hired this company at the suggestion of our realtor to inspect our home prior to our purchase in April. While he found some things that were major and needed repair he missed other very big things that we now have to pay for. For example, we have two retaining walls on the property. One is right next to the house. He did not catch that they do not have proper drainage. To replace one will cost over $10,000. In addition, the deck is in really bad condition.
