Found this place by accident last summer.Loved it. About as clean as a motel can be. Walking distance to the Rusty Nail and good pizza even closer.Pool, was sweet, not crowded at all. Away from all the noise late at night, easy walk to CVS, cool beach eats, going back this summer for a short stay with wife again. No need to go any place else

My wife and I are regulars in Cape May and were delighted to find this gem. The pool was warm, room - clean and modern and having the mini- frig is definitely an added bonus. It is an excellent location for beach and birding fans! Thanks too for the excellent restaurant recommendations.
If you want peace and quiet ......this should be your new get away place.
My wish list: Bicycles for their guests!

The room was very nice; clean, wood flooring & seemed like bath was recently updated. It was quiet too, no parties going on. Some yelpers complained about the service; but again no issues there. The woman checked us in & told us to just drop the key in the box when we leave. I think some people are expecting too much. This is not a full service hotel - it's a place to sleep after you go to the beach.
The room A/C was fine. Not noisy. It is a wall unit but again it ran fine.
Also TV had a lot of channels so they must have fixed that issue mentioned in other reviews.
For $150/night

A true HELL MOTEL! This has got to be worst motel ever on the face of the earth and it does not even deserve a single star. I just clicked on one star so I could add my comment. This establishment puts a shame on the beauty of Cape May. The lady in charge at night on 08/23/2016 was very rude when we asked to see the room that supposedly was worth $300 (seriously?) and she had the audacity to tell us: "I can't show you the room. It's either you take it or leave it!" She slammed the door on us and yelled at us because she had to stay open 5 min past her closing time which was

My family has gone to Cape May almost every summer for over 20 years. After my mother's passing we started staying at this motel for the past 6 years. It offers a very convenient location. It is a walk/bike ride away from the beaches, the mall and main strip, and Cape May Point. There is a bike rental shop 5 minutes walking up the street. We like to ride our bikes down sunset boulevard to Sunset beach and watch the most beautiful sunsets!
The woman that owns this place, who is very kind, always lets us stay in the same rooms every year. They have nice big rooms that are clean and comfy. The

Stayed here Columbus Day weekend - absolutely amazing value for money when most Cape May properties are B&B's & super pricey.
Very close to the bird sanctuaries & lighthouse - perfect location - very easy/quick drive into town.
Basic, no-frills motel, but I don't go out of town to stay in my room all day long. Room #4 was clean, had a flat screen TV with loads of cable channels, fridge, iron, hangers, A/C / heat unit (but knob was broken off), extra blanket & pillow, bathroom was fine. No phone in room, but who needs it?
Parking was free on their own lot - either
