Charged for multiple things moving out. Carpet had staining all over at time of move in this was noted on move in sheet. The carpet was also rippling as it wasn’t installed properly. I emailed about this and the previous manager spoke with me about it, and I had maintenance look at it and was told no concern. You can see this in my move out photos as well as in the YouTube video of the apartment they made for me prior to move in.
I even asked to have the apartment walked through so I can do anything needed, and the person who walked through (maintenance) the apartment said everything looked

They overcharge you for ghetto, dirty, run down apartments. Everything is broken. Maintenance takes forever to fix things. Their garage doors are constant breaking, leaving you either locked in or locked out. Their front office staff are beyond incompetent. A horrible place to live.

I sincerely apologize to those who’ve been ignored at this complex.
Finally, after 6 weeks, I received my deposit refund. I requested it September 3 and Jessica didn’t even have it put in until September 17th (supposedly) because I filed a claim was told by BBB that it wasn’t issued until September 24th. Jessica also refused to tell me why she didn’t put it in sooner, she ignored my question through email and over the phone when Victoria refused to let me personally ask her. She said I was supposed to receive it at the end

I live here and now if I could give it no starts I would. The people that work in the office are very unprofessional, they don’t pick up the phone and none of them seem to know what they’re talking about. I was charged extra on my rent. Given a 14 days notice to pay or vacate even AFTER I paid the extra fee on my rent. Cars are being broken into and they are doing absolutely nothing about it since “it is not their responsibility” as well as packages being stolen as well. They charge you an arm and a leg to live here but can’t even take care of simple things in the apartments. I waited

Currently live here and don’t know why they even have an application fee or any other fee as it appears anybody can live here , they need to add 3x more cameras to these parking garages and find out WHO IS BREAKING INTO VEHICLES haven’t lived here 1 month to have my car broken into twice ! Come on over if you like having your car broken into or your packages stolen. There is on any typical day you can find dog feces and urine in the hallways and elevator. The trash shoot is forever plugged and when people want to get rid of a broken vacuum cleaner or whatever you just put it in the trash shoot room where your neighbors can enjoy the broken crap

Please do not move into this apartment- although it looks like a nice place to live in, you’ll be charged with so many things when you move out. From constant car break ins to unknown move out charges. I can show many pictures of my move in form stating that there were multiple stains on the carpet to broken backboards… and still got charged! Truly a disgusting place that robs their tenants

Moving in to the apartment staff was so welcoming, always responsive and got right back to you when you needed. Living here for a year you start to realize they really never cared. Our storage that we paid for was broken into and when asked for the footage the cameras didn't catch anything, the parking garage that you pay $60 a parking spot for is ALWAYS broken and stuck in the up position letting anyone come in and walk around the "secured garage" the security who does checks don't check nothing but a scan on the wall and gets back in his car and goes where ever he goes. I didn't have time to rewrite a review for this place when I came to realize it didn't deserve my four stars I gave hastily. I gave many chances but after multiple harassment's on parking on top of many other things, I'm over it. They placed a "your car will be towed because you are in a guest spot" on my car after I told them 2 times at the office I park in the "RESIDENT" parking spaces (whom one person told me(Taylor) didn't exist). Worst place I've ever lived. I see glass from smashed windows all the time in the "secure" parking garage. My car was stolen from this garage. The management didn't do anything. The security cameras didn't record his face. It's a complete waste of money to be here. The storage lockers are routinely broken into. The hallways smell like garbage all the time. It's disgusting. Trash always overflowing. I finally was able to move out and they charged me an extra 1400$ for carpet repairs. Don't move in! Even if it's easy to apply and get accepted.

This is an unprofessionally managed complex on many levels. I see the observations of Tauna in other posts and have to agree. She has no customer service skills and has a serious attitude in addition to being incompetent. The complex is supposed to have security but parking lot doors have been broken for months Additionally garbage piles up because the property management does not remove full garbage bins in a timely manner. This has caused a rat infestation not to mention the horrible smell. This complex has many amenities but the issues with property management and unprofessionalism

I loved living at Apex Apartments. The facility was usually very clean. The pool and gym were wonderful. The staff fixed any issues I had in a timely fashion. When I was on crutches and had trouble getting around the staff offered to help me get packages into my apartment, gave me a handicapped parking spot, and worked to get my broken garage door opener fixed immediately. Whenever I emailed questions or requests, the emails were promptly returned. When I was out of town my car was broken into and the staff called me to notify me and offered to work with the police since I wasn't in town.

Honestly, if I could give 0 stars I would. I have never been more dissapointed in the level of unprofessionalism in which a company allows their staff to operate. As a current tenant coming up on almost my one year mark I would advise looking elsewhere for a comfortable place to live. The staff that manage this property are very friendly and super helpful.
Some times the common areas are dirty and it may take the maintenance staff some time to get to it. The bigger problem is that it was an adult who made the mess and decided someone else should clean up after them. Since that is why it's a mess I cannot hardly get upset that the staff didn't rush behind the grownup to clean up behind him/ her immediately.
Overall I think it's a nice place to live.. After

Judging by the recent reviews, management appears to continue being terrible. I lived here in 2012 for a couple months. The apartment itself was nice. However, the "gym" is small and the equipment is always broken, the theater smells like feet, neighbors are loud, I've seen pets relieving themselves in the hallway, and finally the management is the WORST.
