I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the team at Bell Riverside truly deserves some public praise and gratitude. I moved here just a month ago, and I am so impressed with the professionalism and tenant-centered service. I have interacted primarily with Karen (front office) and Ashif (maintenance), and they both are just amazing - knowledgable, friendly, and efficient. They immediately address any questions I raise and promptly correct any maintenance issues. Not only do I enjoy my lovely apartment, but the fellowship I enjoy with many other residents makes me thankful every day to have found Bell Riverside. The icing on the cake is the fabulous response and professional delivery of service given by Ashif since the day he was employed here. I have only been living at Bell Riverside for less than a year, but I have had my eyes on this apartment complex for years. Perfect location - on the St. Johns River, next to Memorial Park, Publix, and all the great local restaurants, bars, museums. Great pool and beach-like area with a hammock for relaxation, and grill area by the water. Another perk is the friendly office staff and maintenance team. I feel like I have my own personal maintenance man, Ashif, who always goes above and beyond! He is always so cheerful and helpful - takes care of my maintenance requests same day, usually just minutes

I have only been here just shy of a month but can say the staff, maintenance, and people at Bell are all very kind and welcoming. My questions are answered promptly, maintenance issues resolved efficiently, and a wonderful group of ladies who have made me feel at home. The location and grounds speak for themselves: amazing! My apartment was clean well maintained. Bell is conveniently located in an adorable neighborhood with ease of access to stores. My only slight complaint would be that I wish our walls were thicker or better insulated for noise

Bell Riverside is a great place to live. From the moment I walked into the office Karen Fisher made it feel like home. She was so accommodating and helped make move in a breeze. I was coming from out of country and she made it so easy. Thank you Karen!! The property is beautiful and well maintained not to mention perfectly located on the river and across the street from Publix.

I have lived at Bell Riverside for over a year now and I can honestly say that I have zero complaints. Every member of the staff is so kind, responsive, competent, and genuinely caring. They have always gone out of their way to make me comfortable and safe. I've had very few maintenance requests (because everything is already so well maintained), but when I have had to request any maintenance, they were prompt and got the job done well. My fellow residents are also so friendly and I've never had any issues with noise. There are residents of all ages and it truly feels like I'm living

The apts at Bell Riverside are very nice, clean, & modern. I love having my own washer / dryer in my unit. The extra amenities such as the gym & outside BBQ area & deck on the river make for very relaxing evenings & days. They even have bikes that you can use to ride around wherever you want to go.
I've since changed my mind about the complex & have moved out. The apts are still nice but rent doesn't really warrant all of the aggravation that goes on. My air condition went out at least 4 times - they were quick to fix but still ??? The fire alarm continued to

Lately the apartments are going downhill FAST! Trash everywhere, overflowing garbage cans, broken down cars in the garage, broken gates to get in, wide open gates with access to anyone, people who do not live here just coming in and using the facilities and pool, dirty hallways, broken amenities etc. The office people should be walking the property and checking on this stuff. Seems like they just want to get you in, get your rent, then you are on your own. I will move when lease is up. Not worth the money, when it should be spotless and clean for what we pay.

I've lived at Bell Riverside for almost two years and love everything about it. Management is responsive, friendly, and professional and the maintenance crew is amazing - they work efficiently, in a timely manner, and do the job right. The building is undergoing renovations, inside the apartments and in the hallways and gym. What could be a major annoyance has been handled so skillfully that disruption is minimal. Added bonus? These apartments are far roomier than others in the city.

The location is luring as it is next to the river and close to all the riverside action. However, facilities are old and the management company though nice, is inefficient.
I have been dealing with a bug problem since week 1 without resolution. For the money, I strongly suggest living somewhere else.
