This is an update: this complex is still giving me the run around about the money they owe me. They claim they refunded to the card WHICH IS A LIE. Meanwhile cole (new property manager) stated I’d possibly be receiving a check. Cole also stated he would be reaching out to me when he discovered the information yet I had to call to receive the information and he didn’t have the curtesy to speak with me HIMSELF a women relayed the message. That says something if you know, you know.

So, I’m not one to leave a bad review, but this place is so bad that I feel the need to let others know. This is mine and my wife’s first apartment and have been living here for about four months. I don’t even know where to start, but the first thing we noticed when we stepped foot in this place is the overwhelming smell of smoke. Whenever we leave to do laundry, we notice that our clothes smell strongly of cigarette smoke and we don’t even smoke. The first time we used the laundry room here, it smelled so bad that we never did our laundry here again. Also, half of the washers were out

Not great. Very ghetto with shots happening every other night and the helicopter shining the spotlight down every week. Complex is poorly maintained and there were items reported on our inspection that never got fixed. Pool is always dirty or locked when it’s supposed to be open. Fast maintenance and friendly office staff.

The owner put more care into the outside of the apartments than making upgrades Inside the units. More money was put into fixing the gates that tenants kept breaking. Appliances extremely out dated.EXPECT ROACHES! The office is usually very hard to reach so just fo in. When you do go in Shawn is freaking awesome!!! Love her attitude and dedication to tenants satisfaction.Overall not a bad experience just could have been a little nicer for the price.

Apartment wasn’t as advertised. it looked completely different. there were a lot of issues that maintenance didn’t fix and didn’t try to fix. i of multiple maintenance requests in and never got anything fixed except maybe once. and that took forever. the people on the office were barely helpful. but it was affordable for me and after a few fresh closets of paint and a little remodeling i actually loved living there.

Cleanliness. It's manageable to keep the inside of our home clean. But there's constant need for regular cleanliness throughout the complex. That alone would eliminate a good chunk of your noticeable infestation on the premises.
Wash room needs some TLC.
But overall it's no over priced. Just not what it could be either
I would just seriously recommend management investing into a full repair of the complex.. stars would go up & people would be more inclined to clean up after themselves. No one wants to clean something that was dirty to begin with ..

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! By far the worst apartments I’ve EVER lived at, at the time I had to move quickly so I didn’t have a lot of time to study this place and boy do I wish I did. I’m paying over 800 dollars for a one bedroom and over 100 dollars on water/sewer. To deal with roaches every single day (doesn’t matter how clean you are) and having literally everything break inside your apartment is just a ridiculous price to pay.
