This is my second review so I could lower my rating and provide more detail if you are looking for an honest review. Below are a few extra points if you are still considering if this is the place for you.
- Housekeeping and painters didn't come until I moved in... They tried as hard as they could to get it done as it's not their fault the management didn't plan better... Office staff kept saying I couldn't move in until the 2 week cleansing period was up but that didn't happen for us
- There were dirty clothes and other belongings stuffed behind the W/D when I moved even though the apartments

I hate living here! The rent is wayyyyy over priced for what you are getting, especially considering that my room is only 2/3 the size of my roommates rooms and I’m still paying the exact same amount of money as they are. Additionally the place is always disgusting and smells awful. You would think that $850 a month (or more) coming from every person in this building would at least be enough to hire an adequate cleaning crew but I guess you can’t get your hopes up with this place. They also “lost” my on-time rent payment more than once and “wasn’t able” to cancel the overdue fee charge

Sitting here at 4am as the second fire alarm goes off for the night. At some point this has to stop for the money I pay in rent. I have an 8am and I’m literally not going to sleep tonight Bc of this. Kinda mad but not surprised. Glad I signed a lease for next year for this. Please do better. I’ll beg you

DONT SIGN A LEASE HERE. The only reason this place has 3 stars is probably because they bribed their employees to write a fake review. The management is HORRIBLE. The manager takes absolutely no responsibility to better this place. The fire alarm constantly goes off. There’s only one security guard who gets paid to sit at the front desk and play on his phone. It’s pitiful! Also, you will pay for amenities that you can’t use. Just save yourself the money and go elsewhere.

Honestly my biggest problem here has been the staff, and one staff member in particular. Most of the people that work downstairs have been pretty nice and a little disorganized but thats no problem. However, Taylor Nichols who works downstairs was nothing but rude to me and other residents. She has hung up on me multiple times and didn’t help me in any way. She acts like it is an inconvenience to help residents in any way. How does this girl still have a job here?

Lived here for 3 years. Has somehow gotten worse every year from 2018 - Fall 2020. Homeless people on the property, cars getting broken into, etc. We pay a lot of money to not feel safe here.

Moved in to an apartment with stairs that sounds like a rock fest but they are “structurally stable” so they will not fix them. Broken lights, dirty windows, 4 out of 5 pool sticks being broken and all of this was notified to the office the first week I moved in. Not only did I not get a reply saying these would be dealt with, nobody has come to fix any of this almost 2 months later. I also asked if I could move in early due to activities on campus before the move in date and they said no due to cleaning the apartments. I move in and nothing is cleaned. My sprinkler system has a quarter of

The move in process is not very smooth or well thought out. Hoping the rest of the year is better!

I had the opportunity to discuss a billing issue with a staff last week. Laura (i hope i have that right) was extremely cordial and polite. Very well informed and willing to assist. She was gracious and accommodating. A pleasant conversation. Thank you

This is the view from my daughter's apartment. Living at The Standard has been a great experience for Kaylin and her friends!
