Management doesn’t understand the term discount even though our AC went out for two months. Pay $65 a month for parking and they got overspray on my car. Desk employees are good. Management is pretty bad. Certainly aren’t professional and are extremely stingy. Painted their apartments to make them look nicer. All they did was put lipstick on a pig. Apartments have bugs. Shower is disgusting. Doors to our rooms have patches all over the place. Not a terrible apartment; however, certainly not worth what it costs.

I do not recommend living at the Commons AT ALL. All of the previous reviews are right… very outdated appliances and overall very gross. My shower had red stains in it and the bathroom was very dirty. The staff is not very helpful at all. We are overcharged every month for utilities. My roommates and I together pay over $200 for utilities, that are said to be included in rent. I do not know anybody who has had a decent experience living here. 100% do not recommend living here. Read over all of the comments!! Every negative comment is accurate. Do not waste your time or money!!

My room still needed to be fixed up when I got here but the staff in the office made it up to me and took accountability for the issues. Office is very responsive. Overall, rooms are pretty small in the 4x2, building is definitely older but it’s been fixed up to be fairly nice, parking space isn’t good. It’s worth the price so far, so it’s a 5/5 for now
