Our beautiful one and two bedroom luxury apartments are located on the hillside of the historic Kerns Bakery redevelopment. We offer the best views of downtown Knoxville and are adjacent to soon to be developed restaurants and other shops in the Bakery. Flagship Kerns is a brand new resort style apartment community at the historic Kerns Bakery south of downtown Knoxville.

This community is designed for busy Knoxville students and professionals who want to lease their private bedroom and share common and amenity space. Of course, we also have one-bedroom apartments if you prefer not to share. Either way we have floor plans to meet your needs.

It's where residents share the common areas of units such as living rooms and kitchens while retaining their private personal spaces such as the bedroom and bathroom. We love our fury friends, but we do have some limitations on breeds and a few other things. The big thing is we want to make sure your roommate is also good with a pet.

The parking lot overflows every night. This is either out of incompetence or they purposefully sold more apartments than parking would be available for.

Look elsewhere. Management is atrocious and lazy. Will not stick to their deadlines whatsoever. Will be cagey and noncommittal if you need their help with quite literally anything.

We moved in a couple weeks ago and so far we have not loved it. The rooms are nice but small, we do like this aspect. However, the parking is awful! The lot is always full at 9:00 or before. Apparently you can park down the street if it’s full, which I wouldn’t say is very safe to walk by yourself at night. Not to mention we pay too much to have to park that far away. There is absolutely not enough parking for the number of units here. When we toured, we were told there was a security guard here at night. This largely impacted our decision to live here. We were informed today at the office

Nice place and close to campus. Had a crazy roommate that was spraying chemicals everywhere and putting my health in danger. Members of management acted promptly to move this individual out of the unit.

Nice apartment. Lived here temporarily for a travel assignment. Apparently they do not give out parking passes, not sure how well that will work out when the apartment complex gets more filled up with residents.

The staff here does not stop working to improve every little detail of this rapidly growing community and they are beyond helpful whenever I need it no matter how busy they are. I am lucky to have found a place that enjoys having me and my dog as much as I enjoy being here.

I heard they bought the lot that burger boys set on. that man worked so hard to get that place open and is doing very well. great food and service. they better pay him good so he can open another one. hope he has a good contract.
