The location is the best. A minute walk from the riverside, a mile from Gathering Place, a quick scooter ride to downtown, and a $15 Uber ride to the airport. The views are incomparable. Parking in the garage or on the street is easy. The gym and pool are fantastic.
The apartments have interesting (in a good way) pizza-pie layouts that allow for a lot of window space for the square footage. The 1 bedroom has about 900 square feet, and all units come with balconies. I enjoy living here a lot. The units are very quiet as this is a concrete tower. This is THE place to live in Tulsa. The view from my balcony each night is breathtaking. Right now, the fall colors are in full splendor but the fireworks on the Fourth of July are beyond words. The amenities here are the best: washer/dryer in the apartment, the largest apartment gym, perhaps in the state and a beautiful outdoor pool. What is more fun than living in an iconic building with unique rooms created by the round architecture?

The coolest place I have ever lived. It's a bit like living in a hotel that's in a great location. The amenities are almost over the top, in fact, the services guide that comes with the place is more like a book! There's a pool, cabana area, indoor lounge area, library, movie room, offices for meetings, a huge and well equipped workout facility, and a convenience store. There's a mobile grocery store that stops by once a week, and even easy access to dry cleaning services. The building is round with a central elevator, such that all the units are wedge shaped and very unique, each with it's own

This place is great! The staff is always very helpful. Everyone in the building is super nice. University Club is about 5-7 minutes from everything in Tulsa. You have a great view from any apartment in the building. Compared to other apartments in Tulsa, University Club won me over with the in-unit laundry, a double-gated garage parking space (large parking spaces too!), and most utilities all included with the rent. Additionally, if you are looking for a safe place to live near the downtown area, this is the place to be! With all interior access apartments, on-site security, and key scan entrances

LOVE IT HERE!!!
Moved in over 2 years ago and I'm still here!! The location is great..you are close to downtown without being IN downtown, you are right next to Riverside Dr for walks and bike riding, the #1 new recreational place in the USA (The Gathering Place) is 1/4 mile from here, great views of the River and downtown, the best amenities in town, the apartment layouts are unique (no two apartments are exactly the same) the pool is amazing and the gym in YUUUUGE. But mostly why I'm still here is the staff and the people. It's a little community. I'm home.

This apartment is in a great location right off the river, and close enough to downtown to easily community. It has great facilities and amenities, such as a big gym, nice pool, and grills. The facilities are very clean, utility service is prompt, and the apartment staff and leasing agents are friendly. Its a great place for any young adult, adult and family!
