My parents stayed here on their honeymoon night almost 60 years ago, and I accompanied them back to celebrate their long and loving marriage. The special service from everyone on the staff, the attention to detail and patience and help at every moment of our stay made this visit very special. Sade at the front desk and Sam, in the lobby were especially kind, helpful and friendly. (Thank you very much!) We stayed in a junior king bed suite and it was fantastic! The room was clean and very spacious and just steps from Bourbon St and a short walk from Jackson Square. In fact , everything we wanted to do was a short walk.
The room had a lovely bathroom with spacious shower and plenty of storage throughout. There was a full sized closet and bureau with a large bartop/countertop for all our extras. The sitting room was large and comfortable with a view of Conti St. The first night we were there we were concerned as we could hear Bourbon St partying in the sitting room but the bedroom was totally silent

I stayed here with my husband over the Thanksgiving holiday and let me start on a positive note, the staff at this hotel are very nice and welcoming, absolutely no complaints in that department! Now the room, a little different story. We felt completely catfished! We stayed in the "King Bed deluxe Room" and it was NOTHING like what is advertised on their website. The room looked like the "King Bed Petite Room", it was SO tiny! We even double checked with the front desk that we were given the correct room and she assured us that we were in a "Deluxe" room. Ours was an exceptional stay, from check in to our room to valet service everything went better than well. Large comfortable rooms and the shower? I could have spent a day just in there! Roomy, tons of hot water and the pressure! Cold peel off your skin!!

Love the room especially the private courtyard quarters. Definitely a rare gem in the city.You're literally close to everything and not really that far from Canal St.,Bourbon St.. is about a block walking distance. And the valet driver Mr.Joe was a blessing to interact act with every morning, the whole staff is delightful to interact with.Oh and must try the Bombay Club restaurant in the corner of the hotel.

Our stay here was great the staff were friendly and helpful especially the ladies from housekeeping when we would walk the hallway they would stop and greet us. The hotel is in the middle of everything which was nice. The only setback was they was two small hair in the shower. Which I took care of before my wide so it.
