I lived there from August 2020 to August 2021. The rental agent at that time was Friederick. There were problems from the start. There was a scratched refrigerator in the the apartment. I asked them to replace it they said no. Luxury apartment I don't think so. Midway through my lease there were young homeless men hanging around a first floor apartment, they would go in and out all night. They were finally evicted.
The stairs to the 3rd floor became loose and the stair railings were broken. The city was notified and management was fined. The maintenance men (handy man) finally fixed the railing

Out of every single place I've ever lived at, this one has the worst management. I'm surprised daily at how incompetent and flat out rude the management staff is. I don't know who they think they are because the apartment utilities go down way too much for them to be thinking their complex is this nice. Move literally anywhere else, trust me, you'll save so much time and not have to deal with a lot of stress that they make residents go through.

I've only been living here for alittle while now and I can say I will be looking else where once my lease is up . The management is HORRIBLE and RUDE , I've been double charged for many fees now and took weeks for them to get reversed , they NEVER answer the phone and are terrible with email as well. My apartment shower drain is always clogged and I've done everything to fix it , my sink has fruit flies living in it , the toiled had black mold in it , the bathroom has little spiders everywhere and the carpets smell . I've had problems with them picking up my trash and refusing

Grande Oasis is by far the WORST place I have ever lived. It is horribly mismanaged, they lie to you not only about costs but make false promises, and they are down right rude and don't care AT ALL about their residents.
I have had many issues with Grande Oasis all outlined below (go to number 7 for the best of them all):
1) They entered my apartment 3 times without my consent or prior knowledge. It is Florida law that they do not enter your apartment without at least 24 hours prior notice and they did this not only once, not twice, but AT LEAST three times. There may be more that I am not

I promise you WestShore LLC will not treat you as individual. Only as a number. You will be happier elsewhere. The staff does not care about you. Let it resonate! Thank yourself later n stop promoting bad business practice. The leasing staff has gone through 50 managers in 1 year. They treat their employees bad and Will definitely treat YOU the residences worse.

If you plan to move here please add AT LEAST $100+ more to the base rate after all of their fees!!! The breakdown of these fees are below.
I moved in 2018 and believed to have found my long term home. At that time there was a security guard 24/7 that not only checked ID's but they wrote down the License Plate numbers and asked the guest to supply an address. The grounds were well kept, the complex was extremely quiet and pest control would come on a monthly basis. I was able to access the laundry room that had a special code and washed my clothes in a timely manner. I can no longer

Ever since Westshore LLC has purchased this property, everything has went downhill. PLEASE look on google reviews for this property. 0 stars from residents almost every week. It is honestly ridiculous and also sad because this USED to be an amazing community. The security gate has been broken almost 2 months. Residents have to go through the visitors entrance and it takes 5-10 min to get into your OWN community since they check visitors ID's at the front. But to be honest they don't even check the ID's how they are supposed to. They pick and choose when they want to do it. Now

I can not lie, this place HAD beautiful grounds and the location was amazing! The new company has killed the vibe here. It's quickly going to trash! Starting with the roaches, rats, and other pest it's more and more of a dump! The customer service is the worse! Good luck trying to reach someone by phone or email!

Horrible . When I first I moved in I loved it. Since new management it has went downhill. I cannot wait to leave this crap place they call luxury . I call and no one ever answers. I leave voicemails and never get call backs . I get excuses as to why they can't answer phone calls when there all sitting down doing absolutely nothing.
