4th star would have been earned if we were offered valet parking (sign stated there was but we were asked to park ourselves without a change in parking rate) and if the nightstands didn't have some old milk left un-wiped. Overall good location. Good service at the front. But don't stay near any stairs... you can hear footsteps all night long.

My experience was not amazing.
First night I arrive, there was excessive noise from the hot tub area and the walls are very thin so you can hear everything.
Secondly, the sound of the water made it hard for me to sleep along with the loud sound of the fridge.
I asked to change rooms and the concierge forgot about me and I ended staying in the same room which wasn’t the worst but not a great experience.
Also, you need to take an elevator and stairs to get to the room. The stairs are excessive.
The best part of this hotel is the area which is very good.
Parking is 45 USD per night but free
