DO NOT RENT HERE! Management Cathy Hebert is TERRIBLE at her job. She has raised our rates three years in a row and we haven't been any trouble. She doesn't answer her phone. She doesn't answer her emails. Maintenance doesn't fix things properly. Toilet's still run periodically. Absolutely unprofessional and this has been by far the worst experience I have had with any rental management in my life.

This company is terrible. My window has been broken since December of last year . Every time the sent maintenance out to fix my window he just get the measurements and leave . Today they was supposed to send maintenance again to fix the same windows at 2 o’clock and it 6 pm now . I have contacted a lawyer about them .

Unprofessional rude staff! Maintenance never came to address our repairs. The property manager Kathy is very ghetto and does not know how to do business or talk to people with respect. I will never deal with Orion Property Group again due to all the trouble I had with the people they allow to be employees there. It has been over 30 days and still have not received my deposit. Of course she lied and and said it had been sent last week. When I followed up she said she was emailing to see when and the tracking number. Worse experience ever. Maintenance never comes when called. Was told by Cathy that she would be sending my deposit elsewhere. Cathy also hangs up in your face and will not answer any calls or emails..smh. No parking space for visitors..So unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle and struggles. Do Not..I repeat Do not apply here..you will regret it in the end.

I was a resident at their property Colony Court... I do not recommend any property Princeton Manages. Went thru countless Property Managers. None of which were worth a dime. The apartments are poorly kept and not up to date. 2 stars just for price per square footage. Get your move out details immediately!!!! Was told everything was OK and that I would receive my deposit back. Called 3 months after moving out and was told that I owed money after they re-did some of the apartment. Way to manage an apartment complex! Keep a paper trail when it comes to this Company!!

This Company is terrible to work for from the properties to the corporate office(which is a joke). Quality of your work and actually getting the job done is not a big deal to them , they'd rather you just kiss up and say yes. Also, very unorganized and unprofessional. Will use you and your tools ( they have zero tools) as long they can.The Owners they represent clueless and expect you to kiss up ,or they will lie to let you go.
Don't hold employees to the same standards ,as far a job skills and knowledge.

My sister and I set up an appointment with Kellan to tour one of the townhome. Kellan even confirmed the time the day before and said that since they do not have a office, meet her outside one of the homes. I drove all the way from Missouri and my sister drove all the way out from her job in Wyandotte on her lunch break to sit in the parking lot for 45 mins waiting for Kellan to show us around. I called and emailed Kellan and no reply. Few days later and not even a sorry. I don't understand how you CONFIRMED the date and time and not even show up. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Don't waste your time

The manager at Fox Run apartments in Lawrence KS is harassing my daughter. My daughter paid her rent but the manager gave her an eviction notice and said that her rent will be put toward repair expenses. It's not fair for someone to abuse their authority in such a horrific way. Now my daughter is facing eviction although her rent is already paid. What now?

My daughter had a gas leak. The gas company beat on the managers door to get access,but she didn't answer. They had to call the police to get help with getting access to the building. The gas man informed her that the rental company is suppose to make sure residents have access to gas and electric shut off 24-7. They fixed the leak, but the maintenance never lit the pilots. Now she has to go all weekend with no hot water to bath or wash with. Seriously? Time to hire an attorney!!!

I have lived in Colony Court apartments on Parvin Rd for 4 years and I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! We've had as many managers in as many years and they are ALL the same: Never answer the phone or return phone calls. NOW they are taking it too far by accusing tenants of owing rent that they don't owe, and charging hundreds of dollars in bogus late fees. DON'T RENT AT COLONY COURT APARTMENTS
