At Sheridan Ridge, our goal is for your apartment home to be a place you enjoy coming home to every day. Comments: Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is per pet.
Restrictions: Aggressive dog breeds including, but not limited to, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited and Landlord has discretion to limit other breeds.Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited.

There is plenty of space and the location is close enough to downtown KC to get the benefits but far enough away so that it isn't crazy busy.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin; every experience with Sheridan Ridge thus far has completely gone above and beyond my expectations. My fiancé and I just moved in last week, but have been working with Christine as our leasing agent over the last two months, as move-in day approached. She has been nothing short of incredible and an absolute DREAM to work with, and made the move-in process so unbelievably easy! As if having her as our point person in the office wasn’t enough, we’ve also had the pleasure of meeting and working with two of our maintenance staff — Giorgi and Mike

If I could give no stars I would! We lived here for 3 years from 2016 to 2019. At first it was a nice decent place but the last year we lived there it got bad. Both me and my husband's cars were stolen from in front of out townhome by what ended up being a teenager who lived in Sheridan Ridge as well. We were not the only ones either! We had issues with the maintenance coming and fixing the dishwasher that broke every other month but they refused to replace it with a new one. Finally, we decided we didn't feel safe there anymore so we bought a house. We gave our notice 90 days prior to moving out

Roaches, Bedbugs, Termites OH MY. Oh and a little bit of FBI raids here and there.
I experienced a bedbug infestation from a neighbor, resulting in their unit being heat treated multiple times, and my unit needing spray treated weekly for months following. And that’s after months of my husband being eaten alive before we realized what it was and… where it originated. The complex knew that unit had them, but didn’t think to check adjoining units for spread. Had I not realized it on my own and reported it.. well I’m sure it wouldn’t have been worse.
Then came the FBI

Please read this before renting at Sheridan Ridge or any other Price Brother's property. Sheridan Ridge does have spacious townhomes, but it comes at a price. I was an upstanding resident there for five years, paid rent on time and the only problems I ever had was with maintenance and my last neighbors with their barking dogs. Their maintenance workers are terrible. They do not fix anything and you would be better off watching a video and doing it yourself. A lot of the work orders I placed normally took more than one work order for something to actually be fixed or bandaged enough to get by

Super helpful main office staff, Natasha helped my friend and I with picking out a unit and the whole application process was a breeze! After hearing good things from my friend who has lived here for a few years as well as a great experience with the staff, I'm really looking forward to moving forward.

Last week I sent the maintenance men an 'order' so I could show them the last two images on here. We've had maintenance over twice recently and my son has been super excited whenever he sees them. Well my son… started pretending to be a maintenance man at our house. We decided to take photos of him and send them to maintenance so we could thank them for all the hardwork they do on a daily basis and the good influence that they have been on my son. They are all so kind and laugh with us. It truly feels like they are apart of our family. And I keep using the term maintenance men instead of

It all started with a simple phone call to schedule a tour! Best decision I made this morning. The community is very welcoming and the management is very friendly and caring. Do not live here under any circumstances. We had countless water leakage issues in our unit, all of which we reported in a timely manner to maintenance as outlined in our lease. Issues included flooding from rain, as well as numerous sewage problems. These issues affected all three floors of our unit heavily. Our basement was unusable for two months due to the severe amount of water, as well as the slow responses from maintenance. The crew always explained that they were delayed due to numerous other calls for the exact same issues in other units as well.
