At Bremerton Park, our goal is for your apartment home to be a place you enjoy coming home to every day. Comments: Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is per pet.
Restrictions: Aggressive dog breeds including, but not limited to, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited and Landlord has discretion to limit other breeds.Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited.

What is the application fee and is it refundable? Application fees are $50 per person 18 and older occupying the apartment. You may pay this fee online by credit card. I’ve been here about six years it’s really a great place to live it’s got a nice good size walking path in the middle of the complex and a nice swimming pool. Two grills to cook on wish they were more see you at the complex. management is really nice and the maintenance team is as well. I’d recommend checking this place out if you want to have a quiet Place to live for a while.

Four years ago I helped my mom apartment search. We drove all over KC looking at properties that felt like a home, not a box set down in the middle of a concrete pad with masses of buildings. We searched for quite a while until we came across Bremerton Park. This complex has apartments encircling treed green space with paved paths. It feels like each building has a yard and a space where patios lead out to breezy, shaded spots to relax in.

I lived in two different units at this location from 2011-2013. I was always impressed with how timely issues were handled by maintenance, and how helpful management could be. I enjoyed the tranquility of the grounds and the dedication by staff to keep the apartments running smoothly. Highly recommend :)

I lived at Bremerton for 2 years. The space was amazing for the price and the community itself was beautiful. Many neighbors are very friendly and helpful and the staff was attentive and kind. The manager and maintenance head took pride in their work and helped us with out any hesitation. I would recommend anyone to live here! It is close to downtown and the plaza!

A great place to live. We have a spacious two bedroom apt with a front and a back deck with lots of sunlight and a vaulted ceiling. We have lived here for several years now and since our rent wasn't raised with our lease renewal we intend to stay for a long time to come. My three kids like Bremerton Park too and have moved here. Then there is the staff who are GREAT !!!! There hasn't been a single issue in which either Danielle or Hawk or both haven't resolved in a timely and professional manner. Feel very fortunate to be able to call this home !!!

I live in Topeka, but I did visit Bremerton and found the Bremerton grounds beautiful. The apartment manager was friendly and eager to serve. I saw where the residents had scheduled activities that seem fun and entertaining. All of which showed me the staff and manager were proud of their apartment complex and cared for their residents. If I were to relocate to this community, Bremerton would be the choice at the top of my list.

My fiancé and I really enjoy living at Bremerton! We moved here a few months ago to be closer to work and couldn’t have chosen a better place to live! It is quiet and located in a fun and vibrant area. We have so much usable space and get amazing natural light in our apartment. Can’t say enough nice things!

Bremerton Park is a wonderful community. The apartments are adorable, spacious and well designed and maintained for how old the property is. The grounds are very well kept, making it aesthetically pleasing and enjoyable to actually spend time on your porch. The staff is very attentive and service orders are quickly resolved. It's definitely a diamond in the rough in terms of price and what you get.
