I had a personal that I told them about and I no longer wanted to stay there, I was pregnant and they didnt care about what happened to me just when i would come up with the payment of rent. Ive told them many times they gave me no information about what i could be, all they gave me were charity names to pay them, then told me because I didnt read the lease that it was my fault if i could give them a negative rating i would

This morning I was awakened by someone opening my door it was a guy coming to clean the carpent without my approval he had the keys from the office and the office had not confirmed with me. How can someone come to clean the carpet when the owner is not there if it's an office it's ok but a place you call home. This place is a big joke you pay rent but it's like you have no right to be there the maintenance stuff literally live there they are always walking in and out n the worst part when they come they don't leave a note despite that I have maintenance work I reported a year ago n has never been

I have been living in this neighborhood for about 4 years now. I lived across the street and left them for several reasons (I think they changed management now)
I was ok happy with Aspen Lodge until Mitzi starting working. She is by far the sweetest person. She will listen to your concerns and def advice you for your best interest. She speaks Spanish so it’s a double win with her. She makes you feel like at home.
I really like the area around us. It’s pretty calm and relaxing.
Neighboors are nice. You have to be nice and mindful as well if you wanna receive the same treatment.

We are currently living in the apartments and the administration is great here. We have found no problem living here and found it to be great! Definitely would recommend.

The office staff are so friendly, Carmen always helps me out with all my questions or concerns. I Couldn't have pick a better place to call my Home. Maintenance crew Mark and Bill are always attentive and takes care of my maintenance request in a very professional manner.

We moved a few months ago and absolutely love this place. The ladies in the office are really nice and always willing to help. The guys that does work around the property are awesome and always greet everyone when we pass by them.
The apartments themselves are nice and pretty modern.

The residents here are really diverse and have different backgrounds. It feels like a melting pot of culture when you interact with other residents. This complex feels very safe and quiet.

The staff has been friendly, professional and very helpful! The maintenance guys have been great as well and respond quickly if anything is needing assistance or fixing. Very happy with my choice of renting with Aspen and would recommend it to any friend!

I've recently moved in and am so looking forward to my time here! They've made the process so seamless and smooth. My apartment came freshly cleaned and smelling all new and lovely along with a kind and thoughtful basket of "needs" for the first few days (toilet paper, dish soap, etc.). It was a warm welcome and I can't wait to fully move in and make my home here!

We have lived very happily at Aspen Lodge for about 11years. The lawns are always well manicured and the overall appearance of the property is always nice. The staff are always professional but also helpful, courteous and friendly. Maintenance is awesome! Bill and Mark always know how to fix what’s wrong. They’re keepers Carmen and upper management at Aspen Lodge! Folks it’s a pleasant place to live. Come check it out.

Hands down this is one of the most quiet and friendly apartments I have ever lived at. The apartments are really nice and mine was recently remodeled. The pool, laundry, spa area, and the apartment grounds are always kept clean. The office staff is super nice and it's truly a pleasure to be a tenant at aspen lodge apartments.

I love living here! We've been here a little over 6 months, and so far have had very positive interactions with the staff and maintenance team. They have fixed everything they promised to, and been understanding of any issues we've had. Our place is spacious and reasonably priced. The fireplace works great too - we use it about once a week when it's cold.
