When I moved in they were pretty helpful and clear on things when I was getting settled. I can't really hear my neighbors through the walls or anything, which is nice. The neighbors seem nice too, at least in my building. Everything is fairly clean. My water tastes funny though, I don't know how to explain it. That's really the number one thing that makes me wonder about staying. Also, after receiving complaints about the pool getting trashed they decided to limit the hours of the pool instead of supervising the pool better. It's mostly teens that don't live here causing the mess. There's no supervision

With the newer Management change it has been easier to communicate with office staff. Christina is full of charisma and very kind. We Look forward to the changes that will be made in the future. I hope that the new Management Team will hold more resident events so that we can become a community with our neighbors.

I have not moved in yet, but the staff have been awesome so far. I called yesterday to check pricing and availability and not only was the call answered, Christina (Kristina?) was very kind and professional. I called again today because I had a couple thousand more questions and Maria was extremely nice and professional as well. There was one question she was understandably not 100% sure on and she took the time to make sure she got the correct answer for me instead of just telling me what she thought Iād like to hear. I had to write a review about these women because they were both amazing examples

I've lived at Grant 79 for a few months now and all I can say is how much I enjoy my new apartment. The location is perfect for me and close to the highway making my commute a breeze! They also allow large breed dogs which is perfect for me and my Labrador! The Manager Christina is great and is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Grant 79.

This is the only apartments willing to work with my rough past. There was no judgement and I felt I could be honest without being looked at differently. Office staff are always extremely willing to help and always speak when you walk in the door. It doesn't matter if it's maintenance or management, there is always help. I had a couple maintenance calls and they were really helpful and quick with addressing my issues as well. I am definitely satisfied š

Wasn't too happy with the complex for the first year we lived here, but it has recently switched hands and they are working diligently to better our community. Everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful as well!
The apartments are decently priced for the amount of space you get. The rooms and bathrooms are HUGE. Only complaint I have is that there are no washer and dryer hookups; however, they are currently updating our laundry room.
