I need to move out of my apartment complex. My AC went out 3 weeks ago, my garbage disposal went out 2 weeks ago, I’ve been asking for a new filter for weeks; luckily my disposal got fixed and filter was replaced yesterday. But the guy who fixed it turned my fan (AC) completely off. The HVAC guy came this morning and charged it. So it’s a little cooler in here. But now my stove isn’t cutting on 😒 Called and left a message with maintenance around 230pm. I called back to follow up to see if they’d send someone prior to close and I’m guessing they’re not. I’m beyond frustrated at

Please if your reading this DO NOT MOVE HERE. I have lived here for 10 months and the whole time I have went without working A/C. It only works half the time and my apartment it gets to 90+ degrees on a daily basis. I have asked them to come fix at 30+ times and it has never been fixed. That’s not even including issues but I won’t get into those. If your thinking of moving here I would find another place

Move in last month on the 15th and my bathroom floor tile has not been fixed. My garbage disposal is broke and is leaking water inside, smells like eggs. Also have a hole in my wall due to the rain on the roof. The balcony door also needs a screen. My bedroom door has came down twice. Second time it almost hit me in the head. I have been told four times it will be fixed, nothing has been fixed yet. As a new tenant this is not right no one wants to live like this. I honestly feel I should be reimbursed for some of the rent. Since the agreement has not been made. Also the maintenance is very lazy

I would give less if I could. Do NOT Live here. Little but of one of the issues is our AC has been broken for 2 weeks and all they could give us is a window unit that blows out the same temp as a normal fan does. It's basically a more bulky fan. They told us "you aren't the only ones with a broken AC." and "You are lucky to have the window unit". It reaches 95 almost every day for these past 2 weeks. We have animals. We can't do anything because it's to hit. This is just one of our issues with them.

I have lived here for over a year and it’s been nothing but problems. The worst part is there’s a huge ant problem in my unit alone and they do NOTHING. this company doesn’t care about you. If I could stop every single prospective renter from making the same mistake i did I would. I’m so sick of fighting with this landlord I’ll be breaking my lease soon just to have peace. It’s a joke they have a sign on the property that says “luxury living” like that’s just comedy

For the price you pay for the townhomes here, you can do better. We have lived here a year and have had problems with the air conditioning since literally day one. They refuse to troubleshoot or fix the issue, maintenance comes out and dumps more coolant in the system anytime we call. Even then the system does not perform correctly or efficiently, and slowly degrades back to the point of not functioning at all. We battled management for a year to repair our system correctly and they refuse. My advice we be to pass on this place.

I lived here for 1 year and had 40 work orders, some still incomplete due to their lack of organization. This place was nice at first but the trash is always overflowing, my basement flooded at least 5 times, my electricity keeps going out upstairs, neighbors don’t clean up after their dogs, the park looks like New Jack City, I’ve witnessed them put notices on neighbors doors during the pandemic (literally tape them on the door where anyone can read it)the list goes on......But they expect you to pay your rent On Time:) I can’t enjoy my days off because they are filled with people in my house

The absolute worst place I have ever rented at in my life. They don’t update any of their townhomes, and the maintenance is complete garbage. We’ve had work orders in for months, and they’re still not done. These people absolutely do not care about you, or whatever situation you’re in, all they care about is money, and how they can get more of yours. Also, there’s screaming kids running around all day, everyday, and everywhere! If you want quiet and updated living, definitely NOT the place for you!!
