A perfectly matched pair of princess-cut diamonds is set in 18k white gold four-prong settings. The white metal enhances the quality of an already brilliant diamond. My favorite go-to jeweler in New York. Purchased handful of jewelries in the past while I was working. One of my favorite purchase was a ring and got broken. I contacted them on Instagram and she was so efficient in handling customer service. They fixed my ring pretty fast with no extra charge. I brought in my Gucci watch because I needed a new battery. The man replaced the battery, but could not close the watch back up. He started using a lot of force with my watch, and decided to use a presser to close it up. He failed miserably. So I took it to another place the same day, and it turns out, you're not supposed to use a presser. He was supposed to take the red band out, put it around the cap and close it back with his hand, NOT using a presser. My wife and I purchased a a wedding set for her and a band for me. A male jeweler at this business sold us a set of rings but the quality of diamonds were very poor. The jewler assured us that of any problems occurred we would able to get our money back. After a long situation of going back and forth the jewler had no solution and would not give us a refund. We were very disappointed with the lack of customer service and walked away extremely frustrated. We went to jewelers row to find the perfect engagement ring. We hit neighboring stores first. The people working therein were so pushy & annoying, we headed back to our car. On the way, we ran into a guy who suggested we go to Dalia. I said, I really can't handle the hard sales type staff, so I'm just going to leave. He promised me the staff at Dalia was not pushy salespeople, so I gave them a chance. And I'M SO HAPPY I DID!!!

After shopping the diamond district we decided to stop into Dalia, mainly because they did not have the "hecklers" outside trying to lure you inside anyway possible.
Worked with Natalia to design an amazing 2ct engagement ring. Great price, friendly service and most importantly, a stunning final product! The custom build took about 3 weeks and was well worth the wait. Final sizing and stone setting was done in our presence which made it a very unique and memorable experience.
Would certainly recommend to anyone ring shopping.

I've had an amazing experience with Dalia Diamonds. I searched for my engagement ring for I'd say at least 6 months if not longer. I might have gone thru every diamond retailer in the district, but was never able to find exactly what I wanted, until I came to Dalias'. I ended up buying an amazing diamond, which Brian set for me in a great platinum setting. I couldn't be happier!!! First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by a variety of jewelry selection on offer and staff's willingness to work with me in order to find an agreeable middle ground concerning the price. At the store, you can either select from finished jewelry pieces or choose a stone and setting separately, which is a great option if you are willing to design something truly bespoke. It is also worth mentioning the overall professionalism of the sales team, because throughout the entire visit I wasn't pressured into buying things I wasn't keen on or felt hurried into making the final selection.

I visited Brian at Dalia Diamonds early on a Wednesday morning on a last minute trip from DC to get my engagement ring redo. Basically what happened is, a few of my micro-pave stones had fallen out the day before, and had compromised the band. My husband was due to go abroad to asia for 6 months on that Friday morning, so we needed to get to NY asap to get a new setting.
