There have been a few maintenance issues that have occurred in the two years that I have lived here, but they’re pretty typical of any apartment complex. The new maintenance staff on site has gone above and beyond to rectify any issues I have had. Jason and Lamont, in particular, have been extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful with all of my recent maintenance requests. Their helpfulness and dedication is very appreciated.

We have a challenging family situation and needed help securing an apartment. I called Ken Clarke at Ridge at Perry Bend and he hit the ground running. He quickly setup a consulting appointment, and did an outstanding job explaining everything about the complex complete with a comprehensive walking tour. Ken is personable, knowledgeable and has an outgoing personality. From the very beginning he made us feel right at home--so we secured a lease :) As Tina Turner would say, "simply the best!"

First of all HUGE SHOUTOUT to the office for setting up a maintenance request last minute. Then another HUGE SHOUTOUT to Lamont and Jason who took care of what I needed ASAP. Not only did they find a quick solution but they were able to finish it in less than an hour. They are not only friendly but speedy and made sure nothing else was needed. These guys deserve a RAISE!!

While we just moved in, we came from several states away and leased our apartment sight unseen, so needless to say it could have been a disaster. Our experience has been anything but that, and Ken has made the process of moving seamless, made sure our apartment was in perfect condition waiting for our arrival and has made sure to be available if we need anything. Overall a great experience so far.

Ken has been the best leasing agent I have ever experienced. He has been nothing but kind, accommodating, and just a light in my day- every time. He has made one of the most stressful processes easy from application to moving in. I have never been more excited to live in an apartment where I am sure my needs will be met.
