Living at the Enclave has been great! The staff is really responsive and personable to all the residents. They set up events that help you meet people in the community as well as pick up some free snacks which is really great for current Clemson students. The complex is quiet and respectful; I feel safe here!

I loved living here! I’m sad to leave, the staff was so friendly and the giveaways and GPA discounts were amazing. I loved having those laminate floors-rare for such an affordable student living. They were so helpful when thee was something wrong and very kind, I wish them all the best and will always be thankful I had my first apartment here <3

Living at the enclave was great! the apartments were clean and nice when we moved in. my only issue was that the maintenance guy takes a while to complete work orders. but i understand that they are probably pretty busy with them so it’s all good. the staff are great with communication and creating a sense of community.

I love living at The Enclave! The office staff is friendly and professional and responds quickly to issues. It’s a quiet area that feels very safe. I also am a huge animal lover and they are extremely pet friendly for all my critters, no matter the species! The GPA discounts also are very helpful to me as a full-time student. I have been very happy living here and look forward to staying here through graduation!

The staff is super friendly and great with any requests you have!! I recommend asking for an upper floor apartment if possible, the ground level is a bit dark. The GPA discount helps the already affordable rent be even better, and I'm thankful for the awesome staff when we had any concerns or troubles. They were super helpful throughout everything, and the laminate floors throughout the apartment is very handy. Highly recommend if you can get on an upper floor!

I absolutely love the Enclave! It is the best price you’re going to get this close to campus and the location is great. You are close to downtown and Tiger Blvd but tucked back off Lindsay Road so it’s very quiet and a nice place to live. Also, the staff is phenomenal and will go above and beyond to make sure your apartment meets your standards. The Enclave is a great little community and you really can’t get a better apartment at this price in Clemson!

I freaken loved them! They were always so friendly, personable, and timely! I would go into the office to make a request or say hello and they would ask me how everyone in my apartment was doing and offer me coffee or a snack for the road. They know everyone in the complex by name even after only meeting you once. The maintenance crew was quick, and always fixed our issues in a at least three days from changing the light bulb to flooding in the apartment. This neighborhood is pet friendly for ALL dogs and cats!

I have been living in The Gallery apartment community for a year now. My experience has been wonderful and pleasant. I don't often comment on this type of forum, but The tenant service and the exceptional quality of life should be noted to others. The community is family friendly and although located in a college town, it does not take on the negative qualities often found in the college environment.
