If you are concerned for the safety of your child do not rent here. My daughter had her car hit in the parking garage and come to find out the only cameras they have are focused on the elevator shafts. I dont care about the car as insurance will fix that, but In this day in age how do you not have coverage of every inch of the parking garage. I took it for granted that these were there but there not. I guess someone will have to be assaulted or abducted in order for this to change.

I notice most people who DON’T RECOMMEND are parents or people who understand their bad experiences take precedent over community amenities. It’s no surprise either. I’m willing to bet a majority of these parents are the ones paying the rent and dealing with mysterious charges and terrible communication.
Speaking of, the majority of staff and… managers here are college students thrust into positions with little to no training, are incredibly immature, and ridiculously unprofessional. In short, I was blamed for a significant issue they caused by not supplying total and correct

The location of GrandMarc is awesome, very close to campus! I love the pool, grills, hot tub, volley ball courts, free coffee and more. They go above and beyond for their residents, especially with their monthly resident weeks. Friendly staff that really tries to get to know you and make an effort that you’re satisfied.
