My daughter has lived here one month and has already been woke up multiple times with malfunctioning alarm system. Apartment complex disconnected it while they were waiting on repair. They did hourly walks to supplement. Not very comforting to know your daughter is on a high floor and no alarm system if there was a fire. Very nice office staff but management company must not be interested in anything other than our monthly payment. I would not recommend living here.

I have lived at Campus view for 2 years and the WiFi is never consistent. This has been a constant issue since I moved in. The pool is closed almost all the time, there mind as well not even be a pool here. The equipment in the gym is also always broken and never fixed. There is one working treadmill for the entire apartment complex. My rent has… increased greatly since I moved in. The only reason I’ve stayed is because I’m a senior and didn’t want to have to move all my stuff to a new apartment. Overall the management is horrible and your better off living anywhere else

Campus View is way overpriced for what you get. The spaces are small and once you move in, you find out they want to charge you more for things like pest control. We signed a contract and stayed there until the college closed campus in March. My child moved home at that time. We continued to pay rent the full 12 months and even paid an electric… bill monthly when no one was staying in the apartment. Just last month, we expected to get deposit back or at least part of it because they kept the apartment in immaculate condition and it was in great shape. Not only did we not get any deposit

I wish i could give this place zero stars. Vulture bloodsucking company during a pandemic none the less. expecting college kids to get a professional carpet cleaning company in and then charging them a fee when they don’t is so laughable. i hope this place goes under in a few years and a similar dirty company takes over. absolute low of the low… people that run this company. maintenance people are awesome but that’s about it. whatever you do please don’t live at this apartment complex, just choose earle or ucenter, i’m positive both are better options. absolutely

The only good things about this apartment complex is the location and the maintenance staff. The management refused to accommodate residents in any way. They not only raised rent after it was too late for… residents to search for other places to live, but they add hidden and ridiculous fees to residents accounts. For example when my roommate went out of town and I borrowed her parking pass (which she says $50 a month for) so my weekend guest could park campus view management threatened you tow her car because the passes are “non transferable”. Additionally upon move out (a perfectly

I’m gonna give you the full lowdown: CV is really only desired because of the location... and they know it. Prices are extremely high really just because of the location and demand. And demand is only high because everyone thinks it’s the place to be and it’s not. I’ve never been so scammed by a company. Any good reviews you see are probably… bribed bc they give gift cards if you post a review (notice how most of the reviews occur around the same time). The model room they show you is nothing like the apartments. Yes, it’s clean but there is absolutely no cabinet

Have staff available for all move out dates with their tenants. My family spent the better part of 4 hours cleaning my son's apartment room, the kitchen, and his bathroom. He turned in the keys, no one did a walk through with him (said they didn't need to). Now, we have a threatening note demanding $280.00 for damages?
There was no pictures to… show, there was nothing noted as to specific damages, if this was for the entire suite, or just my son. Upon talking with the office, the answer was, it's to late to dispute the charge and it's either pay or else.
I would suggest major changes to

This is my second year living at Campus View and I have not seen any improvement made to the complaints posted on this page. I can verify through personal experience that these issues are valid. After moving to a new unit I was pleased that it was much cleaner than last year. I was, however, disappointed by the fines for things like carpet cleaning… and paint touch-ups that would typically be due to wear and tear. These were resolved after an extreme amount of discussion, but still a hassle. The rent also has increased with no added value. Based on my experience it seems that it is not worth
