I feel very grateful for having lived here this year. I loved the facilities, the people, the warmth and the beauty of this place. Love the area where it is located and generally love Anderson.
On the other hand, I wanted to thank you very much for the support of Sheila and Ephipany from the day I arrive looking for a rental and in everything that I have needed. They do a very good job, they are very nice and helpful people. good job girls !!!

My roommates and I are going into our last year at Anderson University and we just moved in. We talked to many apartment complexes and rental properties and this was by far the best experience we had with any of them. The team that they have is incredibly responsive and professional. Very pleased with signing a year lease here!

As a college student moving into an apartment I had a lot of unknowns about the process of leasing. Because of this, I was calling the office almost hourly with a new mistake I made or something I didn't understand. Through my many calls though the office staff was incredibly patient and easy to work with. They always answered the phone within the first couple rings and were so sweet and understanding. They did the absolute most to help me through the process and made it so much easier for me. I haven't moved into my apartment yet, but so far I have had a great experience with Ashton

Very clean and well maintained apartment units and grounds. Office staff is very quick to take care of any needs. They are are super friendly and go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of.
The maintenance team here is also top notch! Very fast and quick to take care of any issues. Very knowledgeable and hard working maintenance team.

So I finally was able to save up and purchase my very own apartment and I must say I really love living in Ashton Park Apartment Homes . The community is very nice I love the pool area the most me and my Bestfriend go swimming quite often that is my favorite attraction. I also enjoy the gym area to get a great workout at during my free time it is … definitely my happy place because I can put in my headphones and burn those calories without having too many people surrounding me. The management is outstanding I am always greeted with a positive attitude . I am really pleased with everything

I LOVE living here at Ashton Park! From the time I moved until now, the staff has been MOST helpful
and the maintenance team is AWESOME! I relocated from Maryland away from my family and it is SO nice to have found a quality rental complex to call home! I only wish they had elevators for those moving on the top floor.

My wife and I have had an apartment here for over a year now, and we are very happy with our choice. The facilities are well maintained and the room has been awesome with only a few minor issues. It's a great place to live. Note - Some of the negative reviews on here sound like a dramatically different experience than we are having/have had. I'm not sure if they were just unlucky, or what, but those certainly don't sound like our experience.

We moved in July of this year. This place is wonderful. The Management is great and they listen and they assist you with your needs. We also have 2 dogs and have had no problems. I haven't seen any dogs with out leases and sometimes little dogs can get out of their leash, accidents do happen. The owners of dogs are friendly and if we feel our children won't get alone with their pet we all go in a different direction. Their are rules for picking up their feces, which I love. The area is close to fast food restaurants and Publix, is right here, along with Pretty Nails, and other nice places to go
