HPM are an excellent management company. Greg and Jim provide attentive and detailed support to our building and provide thoughtful and proactive ideas to effectively manage the property. Far and away the best management company I have had experience with.

For real estate agents, it can be difficult to get responses to questions regarding various building policies in a timely fashion, but not here. Greg Poverelli is very responsive and generally available--even by phone--and is also very helpful and knowledgable.

Harlem Property Management is the best management company my building has had. They respond quickly, keep you updated on progress, are proactive about addressing problems and work with neighborhood partners to resolve issues. We had a huge rat and garbage problem in the alley behind our building and they got together with neighborhood associations and others to clean up the alley and secure our building. They are easy to reach, get back to you quickly, work with good contractors and have a great network of them. I highly recommend them!

HPM is fantastic! They are organized, reliable, hard working, and excellent communicators - all the qualities you need in a property manager. Greg P has been particularly helpful and impressive. He is proactive, extremely knowledgeable, makes solid recommendations based on his vast experience. Even in the face of resident complaints he is resilient and gets the job done. I HIGHLY recommend HPM as property managers. Especially in an industry that does not have the best reputation for being transparent and competent, they are a true diamond in the rough.

I find everyone from the management to the desk personal fantastic. Always available to answer concerns or questions. They even answer their phones and reply to emails in a timely fashion. I wouldn't use anyone else. Plus living in Harlem I want ppl who know it and live here too. I want them to recommend locals- keep the ppl here thriving. HPM is also reasonable. I recommend HPM

We relocated from our beloved Harlem neighborhood and brownstone to the Bay Area for work two years ago. Harlem Property Management has been a godsend. They are professional, reliable and honest taking good care of our home and identifying reliable tenants. They have consistently exceeded expectations.

As a property owner in the northern manhattan area I get terrific service from Rob and his team. When emergencies arise (as they always do) these folks get to my apartments really fast, diagnose and fix the problem in an economical way. Good people; very reliable.

Had an excruciatingly difficult time working through Harlem Lofts. The broker we worked with was unresponsive, unhelpful, and nearly cost us a lease on a great apartment. At every turn in the process, something went wrong with the Harlem Lofts side of the deal, even when we thought it couldn't possibly get any worse. I can't think of any other experience with a professional/organization that was as frustrating and unprofessional as my experience with this company.
