My son's fiance arrived at this apartment yesterday to be near him while he attends the Naval Nuclear Command . Her and her parents drove two vehicles over 12 hours for the scheduled move-in date yesterday . This place was a "TOTAL DUMP"!!! This was not the model that they showed her and told her that she was getting , while she was there over the holidays . There is mold everywhere , the place reeks of urine , the sink and bathroom mirror are falling off the wall , the heat does not work , there is not a lock on a window that works , it looks like someone took a sledgehammer to the laminate floor

Save yourself the time from this unprofessional establishment that takes your money. They have yet to refund me my 150 dollar admin fee from October per Erica it should’ve taken 7-10 business days. Called back after 2 weeks to no refund and was told it would be mailed out and it takes up to 30 days it’s now December of 2021. Sad that they would do this to patrons just imagine the treatment of the tenants glad I’m not one.

I called in advance to inquire about apartments , they notified it was by appointment only i schedule it to be over my lunch break they and they confirmed.i get here today 30 minutes out of my way and the office has a note we are closed and no one was in the office. If this is any sign to how they run their community STAY AWAY. Side note they say they are pet friendly but in my walk around the community I only noticed 2 dog bag stations and one was obviously empty. Just one more sign of a poorly managed community.

I lived here for 4 years. DO NOT MOVE HERE!. We had at minimum 1 flood a year that will get into your apartment aswell as completely flooding out your cars. Ask any resident living on the loop with the office. They dont mention the floods or do anything to resolve the floods. The one time in 4 years they cleaned they came around with bleach water and ruined everything on our porch. Ladies in the office said they gave us a notice. The notice was sitting on the ladies desk as she was telling us this. 80% of the repairs never happen. I sent a notice about 90 days in advance that we would not be renewing

Absolutely do not recommend moving here. Take your valuable money elsewhere.
1. There's giant roaches that infest the homes and when asked to do something about it, management ignores the request.
2. The door sweep that was originally on the front door was bent where there's gaps under the door. It took management weeks to replace it. We went out of town a few days after and when we returned, the door sweep was broken off and left inside the unit. When management was contacted about the situation, they advised maintenance accessed the unit due to a water leak and placed a humidifer. Fine, whatever

Save yourself the headache of living at Latitude.
As another reviewer noted recently, we too were charged ridiculous fees (more than $4600) after moving out. We alerted the front office multiple times that we were not renewing prior to leaving and then were never informed of the final charges. We thoroughly cleaned our apartment and left it in condition. We were never contacted via any mode of communication; instead they filed on our credit which is how we discovered the amount they claim is due. Now, we are in dispute with a collection agency. This is how they treat active duty military.

I lived in these apartments for about six years. These apartments were built in the late 1960s and much of the electrical wiring, plumbing, etc. is just as old as the buildings. Flooding is also a MAJOR issue. Many people have lost their vehicles due to improper drainage issues. The property changed hands 4-5 times while I lived there. Real-estate companies buy the property, slap a new coat of paint on, and then try to charge way more than these apartments are worth. They raised the rent on me every year, despite not being in one of the "renovated" apartments. The last company (with the most atrocious

My rent was an extra 100 dollars this month. That is RIDICULOUS. When we moved in we asked if there were any additional charges like water etc etc etc and were told "everything was included" Well it isnt! Even assuming there were additional charges how do you justify an extra 100?Last month it was an extra 63 this month 100. That's just insane...
