It's too far off main B's line when they aren't running at night and I never see anyone on the pool.... Ok so it's hot we r in phnx ....... Should say something neighbors keep to them selves

If I could give zero stars i would. This place is a disaster and the landlady does not have customer service skills whatsoever. She is rude and not understanding...she actually yells and talks bad to tenants!!! NO AC...no water...bugs...crackheads everywhere...HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

Horrible apartments, not too friendly staff, unhelpful when it comes to maintenance needed. Overcharging people for a very bad unit and horrible neighborhood. Needles are found every where and cops are on site daily. We watched a guy tried to fight a short female cop because she asked h and another man to get out of the road way. It's all about how much money they can steal from the poor and unable to defend themselves (disabled, uneducated, etc)

No AC. Water damage. Bugs. Broken windows. The place is trashed and run down. The parking lot is just a collection of pot holes. Units stink of cigarette smoke and animal urine.

The apartment complex is on FOX10 the tenants do not have air conditioning or water.
Go somewhere else.

Don't like it here look bad inside and out and lots of big big 🕷️🐜🕸️ bugs and I went to the office and ask for some one to come fixed my bedroom it's all bad water leaking from the walls and my floor wet all the time and yet no one cares or come fixed it and I just moved in this apartment not even a month yet I been here crazy I wish I could move out asap but money issue right now 😟
